This sensational home at the Coral Canyon Resort is ideal for busy families, corporate retreats or golf getaways. This luxury townhome sleeps 8, has 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms. One of our newest homes in the Town Center at Coral Canyon Resort. Only 40 minutes away from Zion National Park, restaurants, grocery shopping and more!

The Space:
On the main level, the master bedroom features a king bed with a twin pull-out ottoman. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third one includes a queen bed. In the living room, guests will find a pull-out futon and additional sleeping mats, providing flexible arrangements for larger groups.

Located in Town Center in the Coral Canyon area of Washington, just off I-15, this resort offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. You’ll be close to restaurants, grocery stores, and movie theaters, and only 40 minutes from Zion National Park. Looking for live entertainment? With easy freeway access, the Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater is just a short drive away. Enjoy the quiet of the mountains while staying connected to everything the city has to offer!

Weekend Wedding in Utah

Nice location and lots of room within the unit. It was a busy weekend so parking was an issue at night. The unit itself had plenty of room to be together or find your own little area to getaway. Definitely recommend for a place to stay!

Home away from home with all the upgrades

We stayed here over the holiday weekend so we could hike in Zion National Park but also be closer to St George as our kids are older teens and we wanted more food, and activity options. The place was convenient, new and very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub across the street and the place had everything we needed. Great area!

Clean and very spacious. Plenty of bedding, so everyone was comfortable. My child ended up leaving his school Chromebook there and the property manager was wonderful to work with. We were able to get it shipped to us in a very timely manner. Great property!

Condo in Washington

Very nice and comfortable condo. The host was very responsive to any correspondence. Lots of walking and biking trails right from the parking lot area. The neighbors were pretty loud a few of the nights, the balcony’s are very close to one another. Located near the freeway so if the windows are open you can hear the traffic. Overall a good experience, would stay there again.

This house was amazing! It was in a great location, easy to find and easy to access. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities. Extra towels, even pool towels, plenty of utensils and things to cook with in the kitchen. Lots of extra blankets and pillows and even toys and games for the the kids. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and it was very comfortable. Lots of room for many people. We will definitely stay here again.

National Park Tour

The place was amazing! Our top priority is clean and was above our expectations! We were there during 105 degree days and a/c, while working hard, kept us cool when not out and about! Close to highway so easy to get out and go! Plenty of items in the kitchen so we had no needs. It would have been nice for a griddle, but that would just be extra. If we find ourselves in the area we would seek this property again. Thanks.

Perfect location and a cozy home

I did a quick girls getaway weekend and this unit was perfect. I enjoyed the proximity of this unit to all the actives we were able to do during our stay. The drive to Zions was easy and quick. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean and bright. I especially loved how close it is to the pool area. Just a few steps out the back door and you are there. The community and surrounding area is beautiful with lots of walking pathways. Just one exit south and you have so many breakfast/lunch/dinner options. Highly recommend!

Very spacious unit. Very clean and easy check in. We arrived earlier than expected and we're able to go in before check in time. Super roomy with a ton of space for extra guests if needed. It was a nice quiet place away from the city so we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation.

No Quarrel with the Coral

My wife, children and I stayed at the Coral Canyon condos recently and found it to be a fantastic spot to vacation. When we entered the condo, we found it was extremely clean, well air conditioned and beautifully furnished. Everything is clearly updated and accommodations were made for our children. They had plenty of towels, toys and board games. The separate living room areas allowed adults to enjoy time together and children to mingle with some separation—which was heavenly. The bedrooms are large and the balconies are awesome hangout spots. This particular condo is very close to the pool and hot tub area so we were able to come and go to it very easily. No complaints whatsoever, the management was nice and professional. Will definitely rent again.
