This one-of-a-kind, pie-shaped acre lot boasts an incredible 3,000 feet of waterfront, offering endless space to relax, explore, and play. A level, grassy lawn is perfect for yard games and family fun, gently leading down to the dock and the peaceful banks of the bay. Stroll along the scenic path that runs down the narrow peninsula, where the lake sparkles on one side and the bay rests quietly on the other—a truly rare and unforgettable setting.

Little ones will love wading out from the sandy shoreline, splashing and swimming in the calm, shallow waters. Bring your boats and dock them for the duration of your stay on the private wooden pier, complete with a sitting area ideal for soaking in lake views and watching the activity on the water. Evenings are made for stargazing under vast night skies, roasting marshmallows, sharing stories around the campfire, or simply unwinding on the large deck overlooking the lake.

Upstairs, an open loft overlooks the living room and features large windows with beautiful water views; this space includes a twin bed and a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping. When entering the master suite, you’ll first pass through a private loft area featuring a double bed before reaching the main master bedroom, which offers a king bed and a luxurious ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, complete the accommodations and ensure everyone has a comfortable place to rest.
