Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear El Dorado worked so well for your group and that the multiple bathrooms and ample parking made your stay especially convenient. We take pride in keeping everything in great shape, so we're happy that came through during your visit. We're sorry the heat wave kept you from enjoying the outdoor spaces as much as you had hoped! Hopefully, you'll have the chance to return when the weather is a little more cooperative and can take full advantage of the pool and backyard. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another getaway!

Thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad to hear you found the home itself nice. I’m sorry to hear the beds weren’t comfortable for you. Bed comfort can definitely be a personal preference, and while we’ve had many guests comment on how comfortable they find them, we understand they may not be the right fit for everyone. That said, we’ll certainly keep your feedback in mind as we continue to make improvements. Regarding toiletries, we do provide hand soap and other starter essentials, but we don’t currently advertise or guarantee items like shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. We appreciate the suggestion and will take it into consideration as we look for ways to enhance the guest experience. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
