✶Majestic Views is nestled in Starr Crest Resort located just minutes away from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and the Parkway.
✶The booking guest must meet the minimum age requirement.
✶ There are 8 steps to enter the cabin

✶ Parking in front of the cabin can accommodate 3-4 vehicles.
✶ Dining table for 7 guests
✶ Decks on each level with patio furniture and a 6 person hot tub on the top level
✶ Starter kit including: paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry pods will be provided. You may run out of these items during your stay so you may want to bring extra!
✶ Events such as birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, etc. are permitted with host approval prior to booking.
✶ Access to shared pool (Managed by a third party so we have no control of the maintenance days, or closing and opening) open Memorial Day weekend through the weekend after Labor Day pool hours are 8am-7pm
✶2 king bedrooms, 1 king bedroom located on the first floor with attached bath with tub/shower, 1 king bedroom located on the second floor/loft with a queen sleeper sofa with a bathroom with walk-in shower and heart shaped jacuzzi tub, the second sleeper sofa is located on the first floor in the living room
✶Enjoy the playground that is a short walk from the cabin and the pool located by the entrance

✶ Maximum of 8 guests allowed during the daytime and for overnight stays.
✶ We are unable to provide refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/road conditions/covid/illnesses/other things that are beyond our control.
✶ If you bring more than 8 people without host approval you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
✶ If you bring a pet, you will be charged an extra fee of 500.00 and will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
✶ Late check-out is subjected to a late check-out fee of $150 USD.
If your late checkout exceeds two hours you will be charged for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.
✶ Be aware of bears! Do not leave trash out or feed them! Keep in mind black bears can open car doors so please do not leave open food/drinks as it attracts them.
