You'll love the idyllic ocean views from the MBR, Living Room, & HUGE Patio...perfectly located right next to the heated saltwater pool, ocean, & club house! Truly the perfect location in the complex with easy 1st floor access in front & back of the unit (walk-in/out). World-Class Amenities include 3 total pools, Tennis, Volleyball, Pickle-Ball, Shuffleboard, Clubhouse with kitchen, Ping-Pong and Intercostal waterway day dock with private kayak launch. Oasis is a short drive to famous St Augustine, Daytona, & the Marineland dolphin encounter. The local restaurants are amazing and all within 5 miles of the condo! Finish off your evening with a long walk on the private beach and enjoy the gorgeous skies.

Love this place!

We have stayed in this unit twice now and absolutely love it. They have made improvements since the last time we stayed to the master bedroom floor. The walk to the beach or the pool with the large back patio is just unbeatable. Thanks for an awesome time!

Relaxing Stay

Our family of 5 had an amazing time during our stay. The beach provided lots of exploring time for our kids and was never crowded. Owner was responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay.

Amazing stay! Great hospitality.

Our first visit to this part of Florida and we picked a wonderful place to stay. Clean, well appointed and that patio! We loved it. And we hope to return soon.

We have stayed here before. The units we stayed in this time were perfect. We loved having them side by side. The big patios on ground floor were the best for kids and adults to mingle back and forth. We love this area and the pools were very nice

Positive review.

Owner was extremely helpful before and during our visit. We did some additional cleaning during our stay not because of the need, but by personal choice. The fact that we rebooked for next year, reflects our positive experience.

The perfect place for my damily

The condo was absolutely perfect for my family. Ground floor, a beautiful porch, and easy access to the pool and beach. Jamie had sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and more ready for us to borrow. The place was fully stocked with toiletries, cleaning supplies, and lots of fluffy towels. We will definitely return!

Family Vacation Getaway

My children and I had a wonderful time during our stay! The listing was just as described. Everything was clean and cozy. We were nicely located between everywhere we wanted to go including the Daytona Speedway. The patio was wonderful too. We enjoyed the beach, especially the title pools. We would definitely love to come back in the future. Thank you for sharing this lovely place with us!

Very nice property. Modern appliances. 2 small issues - kitchen light didn’t come on until you turned it off and on a couple of times and front door needs to be adjusted to close properly. As I said small issues. Nice pools and grounds. Walkovers to beach very convenient. Lots to do in the area and several good restaurants. I was there for 2 months. Would definitely recommend

Amazing!

This condo was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed plus things we didn’t even think of. Jamie was super responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. The location is unbeatable, away from all the crowds and very quiet. We never heard a sound from anyone else while we were in the condo. The beach was gorgeous and never crowded. We will definitely be back!

Family Vaca

The condo was perfect for us. A home away from home while we visited one of our daughters stay the summer in Palm Coast. We loved the quiet beach, the pool that was within view of the patio and all the extras making this feel like home. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a kitchen that had everything we would have needed if we wanted to cook. The second bedroom was perfect for our oldest daughter and allowed space for our youngest to stay over one night. There were so many great restaurants and beaches close. We will definitely stay again if our daughter returns to the area next summer.

spacious condo, just steps from the beach

It was a very nice & spacious condo with a wonderful patio.....easy access to the beach....great resturants very nearby. Jamie took some extra steps to make us feel welcome. For example, we had a "goodie" basket of snacks & there were some extra touches in the bathrooms. Jamie was quick to get back to us when we had some questions.

Beautiful Vacation

We love Palm Coast and have stayed in several different Surf Club condos over the last ten years. This condo was definitely the most hospitable, nicely furnished, and had very easy access to the saltwater pool. Lots of extras - a welcome basket with snacks, beach chairs, rafts, and umbrellas, lotion, cotton balls, an extra toothbrush, and extra toiletries. The beach changed a good bit over the last year, and even at low tide, the coquina blocks access to the water. We were, however, able to easily go to the beach down the street near Marine Land. Loved our stay, and Jamie was super easy and responsive to work with.

Overall this was a great property. Pools were really close by and not crowded at all. The beach was super close as well. The only thing about the beach is that is has tons of big rocks. I saw this in some of the pictures provided by the host but didn't realize they went out into the ocean so we didn't feel it was safe to swim in this part of the ocean due to the large rocks. You can sit next to/on the edge of the ocean with no problems but swimming just didn't seem safe. After a couple of days we drove less than a mile north and found several parking lots with access to the beach where there weren't any rocks and all worked out fine. We didn't have any real small kids (10 and up) so this wasn't a big deal for us. If we had small kids this would be a deal breaker for us. We went in the middle of July so we enjoy a quiet, not crowded beach. Even the beaches up the road were not crowded so it was great. Condo had comfortable beds and plenty of extras including things for the beach.

Host interaction was very good and the first floor view to the ocean is picture perfect. Close access to the pool and pier walkways - condo could have been cleaner as far as rugs and cookware- needs pest control more frequently - storm door needs repaired (as noted in other review) - screens in patio sliders need repaired- kitchen faucet needs repaired - Master bed frame was broke which caused the mattress right side to lean even after host addressed frame issue. - refrigerator water dispenser drips, ice maker doesn't work and filter is overdue for replacementWe reserved based on so many excellent reviews but we are delivering an accurate review

Sunrise retreat

Very nice place! Great central location from St Augustine to Daytona. The pool location is convenient and the ocean is a short walk from the back patio. Beautiful views

My family and I purchased this home recently and have been absolutely in love with it ever since. We fell in love with this best kept secret a few years ago and have had the opportunity to get to know the area very well over the past few years. We have experienced every season here and I cant decide which one is my favorite. Every time of year is amazing. We have 2 young daughters and we have all made the most amazing memories here at this beach. Our girls love to play on the rocks and explore finding shark teeth and small crabs. This is our happy place, we feel comfortable and relaxed when we are here and we want others to enjoy this beautiful place too.
