Experience Plum Island living on the BEACH!

Can`t wait for you to soak up the sun and all that this wonderful island has to offer from our beachhead condo home! Stays are Saturday to Saturday during high season, in 7 day increments.

Located on the beach with miles of beautiful oceanfront to run, explore, and enjoy. All of Plum Island`s restaurants, bars, and stores are within minutes of this location!

The location can`t get any better than this. Located directly on the beach!!

Enjoy three breathtaking balcony views from this home plus an outdoor dining balcony experience watching the sunset!

Salisbury and Salisbury Beach are approximately a 15 minute drive as well. Sit back, grill, and enjoy the unending beach views and calming waves. Few minutes from the island`s most famous restaurants and bars like Plum Island Grille, Plum Island Kitchen, Plum Island Beach Coma, Plum Island Provisions, and The Cottage. Love the space and come back every summer for some island fun!

This home is a second floor unit with a direct entry walkup. This unit has two levels with a large and open kitchen, two entertainment/living room spaces, and enough space for everyone to relax and unwind after a day of fun! Each spacious bedroom is decked with soft all-season linens and towels.

There are enough beds for the whole family up to comfortably sleep up to 12 people:

Bedroom 3: Full Bed and Twin Bed
Common Spaces: Two Queen Pullout Beds + Full Futon!

This beach home is built well to take a beating from from the shifting sands and offseason winters so that our we`re able to share this beautiful space with our guests for many years to come!

If you`ve got a larger group, check out the other sister-listings to rent the entire second floor of the building (6 bedrooms, sleeps 21!) or message us to more info on the entire building (9 bedrooms, sleeps 31!).

Please note: BBQ Grills are shut down for seasonal weather (November - April).

** There is a $200 security deposit that will be taken in addition to the reservation amount. This is fully refundable.

The condo is beach front. The sunrises were amazing! The check in process was seamless. The kitchen was well stocked (good call on the plastic dishes and drinkware!). Beds were very comfy. Plenty of space for everyone. We were only there a couple of days, but will definitely go back!

Beautiful location!

This was the second year we have rented the cottage. It's a beautiful location right on the beach with walking distance to restaurants and bars. We have always found it to be exceptionally neat and clean. We had a couple issues with appliances, and as soon as I put a call in, Taylor took care of everything in a quick manor. We found everyone to be so friendly in all the other units and there was never a problem sharing the space with other renters. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing location!

Perfect location on Plum Island. 2 minute walk to breakfast at Mad Martha's. Could not ask for better views! Very clean inside with comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen and lots of room to spread out. Nice to have access to laundry for sure. Main complaint was outdoor furniture on shared deck space was mostly rusty & broken, not as shown in the photos. We had access to the top floor deck but no furniture up there? There was also construction of a new build going on right behind the house. We focused on the beach and our time outdoors, which made up for the small inconveniences. If you are looking for a great beach spot, this is perfect.

The view is what you pay for

We rented unit 1 with my elderly parents and 4 other adults. The unit is set up nicely with good upgrades and the view is incredible. There were some safety issues that need addressing. All three decks/patios have holes, the big one in the back is missing a spindle and if you have little ones they could fall through. The side one is leaning and the one facing the water has holes in the floor making it unsafe for my parents to walk on. The outdoor furniture is worn, wonky and not comfortable. There were no beach chairs to bring down to the beach. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need to make meals. The unit was not super clean. There was still sand on the floor when we arrived. The bathrooms needed more attention, also sandy and hair. It would have been nice to have rugs as you walked in the doors to catch some of the sand. The sheets are microfiber, not quality linens. The furniture in the unit is older and also needed a good vacuuming. This could be an amazing property and we thought for the price and the one 5 star review that we were paying for that. Loved the view and the town was super cute but the property was not worth a 5 star.

We are quite surprised to hear this review from Nanette and are a bit confused as we did not receive any complaint and know that this unit is completely and entirely brand new as of June 2022 including all furniture and interior (completely renovated). We have several reviews that truly reflect this property and the value it offers - please take a look on the other hosting platforms as well for more. This is a beachfront unit, located directly on the beach and although we are disappointed to hear she thought the home was "not super clean", please understand that the home is constantly being hit with sandy wind that sometimes gets underneath patio doors, windows, etc and may make its way inside. Thank you!
