Enjoy this luxury 2 bedrooms and 2 baths +2 showers apartment with 2 kings size beds and a regular couch in the living room for last minute guest needing a small place to crash located in the W Miami Hotel (Brickell) with access to the Hotel amenities including pool, sauna, clubhouse and full size gym and all what you dream about! Admire the fabulous views over the city and Biscayne Bay from your private balcony. Everything is walking distance! Shopping, Restaurants & Miami best night life.

Each bedroom has one king size bed. The couch is a regular size couch in the living room and as a courtesy we allow the guests to use it as a sleeping couch as they wish.

only 4 guests will be given access to the amenities for FREE using digital access.

Please note that W hotel private Condominium rules requires that the guests register 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival to check in to have government issued photo IDs by email to: your hosts Julie and Melissa at :
It is important that you will be in close contact at least 24 hours before your check-in with specific time of your arrival to the residence and provide all your ID cards for guest registration.

Please remember check in is after 3 pm - 6 pm. Additional late fee check- in may apply for check- in after 9 pm which is directly payable to your host and must be confirmed with him.

Overall good experiance

Overall we had a very good stay. Check in was easy and good communication with owner. Property is very nice with outstanding amenities and in a great location with fantastic views of the Miami Bay. Furniture is a bit beat up and some of the outlets would not hold plugs. Internet did not work, but we never said anything until we left, so to be fair owner did not have a chance to have fixed. Would stay here again if in area as we had a great time and enjoyed the property.

Great view great location

I stayed here to recover from a surgical procedure. It was located very well too the downtown area and it had a lovely view. The owners are super communicative.

View Stunning, home not stunning

Don't be fooled by the pics, this place is worn out. And to top it off I was charged $50 because we used the towels. View is incredible, space is big, dishwasher is broken, 3 pieces of silverware, one tiny pan, toilet paper and towel holder broken off wall, washer and dryer closet doors missing, broken and missing shades in living room, sheets don't fit beds so they pull off once you lay down, furniture is worn out, couch is tiny(my 25lb dog barely fit), patio furniture broken and worn out, and the walls look like my college dorm room they are so marked up. Parking is $50 a day with no in and out. When I complained about the 50 charge the host said he would remove if I gave a good review and if not he will leave me a bad one. You've been warned.

Great location

Great location with lots of options to walk to different restaurants. Overall place was very dated. Definitely not the cleanest place i have ever stayed at. Felt very safe at this location though and overall had a great girls weekend.

Great location

Everything was great about the place except perhaps the furniture is getting old. Lots of dents and chips on it. The host is very responsive and easy to contact. All in all a good property with a great view and location.

In Miami for family wedding. Thoroughly enjoyed out stay. Location, views, amenities and service were all excellent. Would definitely recommend. Only regret was we were not there long enough!!

Weekend in Miami

We stayed in Miami for a long weekend to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary with our adult kids. The condo is beautiful. Check in was a problem in spite of all of the advance planning required. For the spend we expected a bit more of a concierge level experience at check in. The amenities are very nice and the location is great. Besides check in, the other reason for not getting 5 stars is the lack of additional bedding & blankets. The listing says it sleep 5 but there were no extra pillows, just sheets and 1 blanket for a leather sofa that was not a pullout mattress. If your 5th person is under 5’5” that could work but an adult would struggle to sleep comfortably on that couch.

Weekend Getaway

We had a blast in the apartment. Not only were the views absolutely breathtaking the amenities were just amazing. This apartment had a full kitchen, allowing us to cook the entire weekend. Check-in was seamless and the owner was great at answering any and all questions. We can't wait to stay here again. There was plenty of space for my family and my dog.

Stunning!

This was an amazing stay. The view is absolutely stunning!! It is a million dollar view and then some. The apartment was spacious and was plenty big for our family on 4 people across two King beds and then our youngest sleeping on the couch. It was nice to have some a beautiful unit to relax in as we waited for our cruise. It was a quick 15 minute Uber to South beach, and the rest of the time we enjoyed the amenities. I wish we spent a little more time in the Adults only spa. I could kill hours in there relaxing with a book. Definitely worth the price and experience. It was an easy check-in and check-out process which we truly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Miami!

Frustrating

Good morning, We will be all checked out the unit by checkout time. FYI the dryer never dried our clothes after being put in the dryer for the entire day. I didn’t reach out because I did not want to waste the little time we had here getting appliances fixed ( waiting on a handyman). Both showers had lukewarm water which was frustrating 😣. We were provided with two body towels, two wash clothes and only one hand towel( note for cleaning crew). My personal opinion the pictures don’t give an accurate description of the bathroom. The master bath tile looked disgusting and worn over time. When I mentioned this on the day I arrived I was told it was clean but over time the soap scum on the tile and shower doors was very unappealing. For the amount of money spent to reserve this unit I expected the bathrooms to reflect the rest of the unit. While the amenities were nice the frustration and congestion of the check in process was too much. You cant have any liquid to include water drink at the pool, security watches you like a watchdog, making you feel uncomfortable. When exiting the elevator on the 15 floor to access the pool you feel trip due to the hassle of needing a Key fob of getting in and out which is a MAJOR safety/fire concern. This was my anniversary trip and it was with so many hassles to include parking. The unit should offer at the very least one designated parking spot or at the minimum plan to spend a crazy amount on No in /out parking

Perfect pit stop

We were on a 24 hour layover to the Bahamas. This was the perfect place to stay. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and the amenities are a major bonus. The views, you cannot beat. The pool was a great vibe and the drinks were delicious. The check in was very easy and the host communicates very well! You will not be upset that you stayed here.
