We had an amazing stay in Brienz. The view was absolutely stunning, overlooking the lake and mountains. The location made it easy to walk into the village and public transportation. The home itself was spotless, tidy, and fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen for family meals. My family truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. We’d definitely recommend it!

We had an amazing family get-together at this beautiful property in Brienz. It was truly one of the best places we could have chosen for our stay. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had breathtaking views over the lake and the mountains.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with every question we had, and also recommended excellent places to visit in the surrounding area, which made our trip even more special.We created wonderful family memories here and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would absolutely love to come back again in the future and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Brienz.

Our family loved this place! Comfortable arrangements, close proximity to Lauterbrunnen/Grindlewald area but nice and quiet. The first evening we were there we heard the alpenhorns being played and walked down to the lakeside to find a group of 10 people in traditional dress playing. It was magical.

Wonderful home with wonderful hosts

Hosts were lovely and very helpful, home is clean and well maintained. The views are simply amazing. Would recommend to friends and family and would return in a heartbeat.

Perfect for a large family. Gorgeous view! Lovely home.

We found this lovely home to be perfect for our large family. We traveled with our two adult sons and their families. We all had our own comfortable bedrooms and well appointed bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The view is out of this world. We enjoyed every minute in this meticulously clean, well appointed home. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. We highly recommend this home and plan to return.

Excellent View and nice house

All family and friends enjoyed our 4 night stay at this house. This is our first time Visit to Swiss and we are new to this location. Host communicated with all the details on how to reach to the house and what to do around that location and closed shopping and dinning details etc. Overall our stay in this house nothing but all positive. - House is clean and well maintained. - Host is very friendly and prompt response to our call and text messages. - Views from the house are excellent.

Annual Family Vacation

Even better than the photos! Our family of 8 stayed in this absolutely lovely home for our annual family vacation. The view of the lake and mountains is spectacular! We had plenty of room, comfortable beds, great WiFi, a storybook village and fantastic outdoor space. We all got the Berner Oberland Pass and were able to explore the entire area right from Brienz. At night we all enjoyed big family dinners made in the well equipped kitchen and ate outside with that view. Late night we played card games by the fire. It was absolute heaven. Everyone agreed it was our best family trip yet. Our host was so kind and quickly responded with any questions. She was extremely helpful with both our checkin and departure. We highly recommend this home!

Like a dream!

We have been staying in vacation rental homes for more than 15 years. We have stayed in tiny little bungalows and also million dollar homes on the beach. My entire family agrees, this is the best one yet! There are several reasons we loved it. First the location in the picturesque village of Brienz was absolutely magical. The house was so charming. The details made us feel like we were staying with Swiss family. The house was immaculate. The host provided so many little touches that made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Little Swiss candies, ingredients for a pasta dinner, basic spices for cooking, laundry detergent, dish soap, face wipes, shampoo and so many other little things. The kitchen is perfectly appointed so we were able to cook a big family dinner 2 of the nights. The host even had this great welcome book that gave us lots of great information about the area and the house. It told us how to prepare authentic Swiss fondue and Raclett, there was even a fondue pot! One rainy evening after a long day of hiking we lit a fire in the beautiful fire place. It was perfect. I could go on and on. Tips-take the ferry on the Brienz and go to the Grandhotel Giessbach across the lake. There’s a hiking trail that takes you behind the waterfall. It was absolutely breathtaking. The town is so quaint and charming so take a little time to explore it. We spent several mornings sitting by the lake. They offer complimentary chairs to sit and enjoy the view. It was a perfect vacation

Wonderful stay for our family reunion in Brienz. Plenty of room inside and outside with kitchen well appointed with dishes and glassware, including what we needed for our little ones. Plenty of parking for our 3 cars. Close to various locations (grocery stores, restaurants, etc). Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay!

Our group had an excellent stay in this property in Brienz! The view from the backyard is gorgeous. The host was very helpful throughout the process and helped make the logistics of our stay very simple. Overall, we had a phenomenal time and will be back!
