The villa is located in the heart of downtown Punta Cana. It is close to tons of restaurants, shopping, nightlife, beaches, and activities for the entire family. You will also find a Movie theater, a Gym, two supermarkets, several banks, and IKEA. All these are within walking distance from the villa.

This property is in a peaceful, gated residential community. Situated in the heart of La Altagracia Province, this neighborhood offers a quiet, secure retreat while remaining within easy reach of the area’s top attractions.

Proximity to Amenities: Your vacation rental is just a 2-minute walk from the San Juan Shopping Center, which houses supermarkets (Super Pola, Jumbo), banks, pharmacies, cinemas, clothing stores, and a wide variety of restaurants—including popular spots like Ristorante Punto Italia and Noah Restaurant & Bar.

You have full access to the villa during your stay.

You can use the TV and the Echo speakers via Bluetooth, BUT do not change the settings on them. The configuration that I have for my use is complex and takes me hours to re-program as I have other devices to them. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

You have Fast internet access that you can use.
You are not allowed to use the closed closets in the bedrooms. You have plenty of storage in the sliding door closets and the dressers in each of the rooms.

Uber, Lift, Taxis, car rental, and public transportation buses are available.

IMPORTANT:
Our HOA requires all adults in the group to provide a photo of their government ID with photo. This must be provided prior to receiving your check-in instructions.
We also require you to sign and agree to our Rental Agreement prior to your stay.

• To keep the villa fresh and comfortable for everyone, smoking is not permitted inside. Outdoor areas may be used responsibly.” If you smoke in our property, you will be charged a $500 extra cleaning fee.
• We love animals, but to maintain an allergy-friendly space, pets are not allowed. If you bring an unauthorized pet, you will be charged a $500 extra cleaning free, and the animal will be subject to immediate eviction.
• Our villa is designed for relaxation. Please, no parties or events, so all guests can enjoy a peaceful stay. Parties will result in an immediate eviction with no refund.
• Out of respect for neighbors, please keep noise levels down between 10 PM and 8 AM.
• For safety and comfort, only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. All adult guest names must be listed in the pre-arrival form.
• Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM so that we can prepare the villa for the next guests.
• Children must be supervised at all times around the pool. Please enjoy responsibly. No glass in or around the pool.
• Please treat the villa with care. Any damages may be charged to ensure the space stays beautiful for future guests.
• Towels and Linens: Any damage, discoloration or theft of our towels and linens will result in a charge per item, starting at $50.
