Pacific Sands features an ideal three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom floorplan with rich hardwood floors, ample natural light, and multiple patios/decks for entertaining.
Step inside the ground floor entrance to a living area with sofa seating in front of a stacked-stone fireplace and flat-screen TV. The kitchen features stainless appliances, stone countertops, and backsplash, plus a convenient four-seat breakfast bar. There is an adjacent dining area with a table for up to six guests. Step through the glass sliding doors to the outdoor patio complete with outdoor seating, a gas BBQ and a dining table for four.
Upstairs on the second level are bedrooms 2 and 3, both with queen beds, ceiling fans, and TVs with a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower.
The third level encompasses the well-appointed Primary suite with a king bed, stacked-stone fireplace, TV, and a view balcony featuring sofa seating and a cocktail table. The en suite bath features a dual-sink vanity, deep soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
Parking is at a premium in Mission and Pacific Beach, so guests here will appreciate 2 dedicated spaces in the attached enclosed garage. The spaces are limited in size so check the parking dimensions section closely to ensure your vehicles will fit.
Additional amenities include a full-size laundry room, wine fridge, tankless water heater, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, and TVs in all rooms plus air conditioning to keep you comfortable during the warmer months.
