Comparable with 4 star Paris hotel room.

Perfect space for two on the go or even a relaxing weekend. It's a rear duplex apartment easier to find in daylight. Very nice decor and generous accommodations. Wife and I would definitely rent again

South Park

What a great neighborhood! The property is located in such a safe, great area - within a 1/2 mile in either direction you can walk to great restaurants, shops, cafes, food trucks etc. The residents walk everywhere and support the local businesses, It is not at all touristy. We fell in love with South Park.

Comfy Neighborhood Setting

The location was perfect for our purposes and very easy to walk to some of the best restaurants in SD. Really friendly neighborhood - lots of people walking dogs; welcoming and charming. Unit was cool with all windows opened in the afternoons for the sea breeze. Bed is very comfortable and the shower has great water pressure.

Comfortable Apartment, Perfect Location!

Perfect location, walkable to neighborhood amenities, quick access to Balboa Park highways, and short drive to beaches - Coronado - La Jolla etc. Apartment was nicely provisioned, very comfortable bed, good shower and kitchen. Air traffic easily ignored, and very little street traffic in this quiet friendly neighborhood. We missed the note in the amenities about the washer/dryer being in an owner area during daytime hours. Jill is an attentive and accommodating host, with quick communication and excellent suggestions for local restaurants and attractions.

This is a nice 1 bedroom apartment in a great location of the South Park neighborhood of San Diego. Within walking distance of local shops, coffee houses, dining amd easy access to major highways.Jill is a super host, responds immediately to inquires and has great recommendations.

We booked this property for an anniversary trip and it was in the perfect location -- totally walkable to restaurants and shops in South Park and an easy drive to North Park, Balboa Park or Gaslamp. The home was very clean and private and the owner had prompt, professional and very friendly communication. Great spot!

San Diego Vaca

Very nice small apartment, perfect size for two adults. The bed was king sized and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very small but adequate for a light breakfast or heating up leftovers. As described there are multiple restaurants and shops in close walking distance and there were a lot of people walking the neighborhood. We used ride share services to get around and it was very easy and economical! Overall we were very pleased with our choice and had a great experience.

Great Location !

The apartment is quaint and great for two people. It is in the flight path of the San Diego Airport, but after a while you hardly notice. Jill was a great host, making sure our stay was great. There was always plenty of street parking. When out walking, the people in the community were very friendly. If you stay, be sure and ask Jill about some great restaurant choices walking distance from the apartment.

Cute place

The place overall was lovely, decorated very cute. Loved that it was walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars, etc. The bed was amazingly comfortable, it felt like I was sleeping in a nice hug. :) Our only gripe had to do with details of cleanliness - for example, the coffee maker had very old grounds in it to the point that it was quite moldy and the top of the fridge had visible dirt on it.

Beautiful apartment

This little place is just so lovely and perfect, Jill was a pleasure to work with. She was super accommodating when we needed to check in a bit early. The apartment is stocked with everything needed and is quite comfortable, the bed is one of the nicest we've ever slept in. The neighborhood was super clean and friendly. Easy walk to many places, although we drove too. Parking was a breeze as there was a spot right in front on the street. We would definitely book again!

Spring Break in San Diego

This was a fantastic neighborhood to stay in to explore San Diego. My son and I walked to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The apartment was super comfortable for the two of us, and we enjoyed relaxing on the sofa after dinner and our days' activities. Our host Jill was super communicative and gave us some great suggestions on places to eat and see in San Diego. My only suggestion would be to provide guests with that wealth of knowledge with a notebook or folder. We loved our time in San Diego, and staying in this apartment in such a great area added to our enjoyment of this fabulous city.

Loved the neighborhood

We stayed at this wonderful little apartment for two weeks as we enjoyed San Diego. The location is in a walkable neighborhood with excellent markets, restaurants, taverns, coffee shops and food trucks. The freeway was just a few minutes away making it easy to get from Coronado up to Del Mar. The apartment itself is very livable with all of the essentials including an outdoor grill and laundry. Street parking was always easy. Highly recommend for a short or extended stay.
