Welcome to Lazy Bear. Located on the 2nd level of the wonderful Colonial Crest Condominiums which is just about a block off the main Parkway.

Easy walking access to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer.
The Island, Pirates Voyage, Comedy Barn, Paula Deens and many other popular attractions are within just a 5 minute walk.

**NOTE: This unit is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. You will have one flight of stairs**

Lazy Bear will accommodate up to 4 people comfortably with a king size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Lazy Bear has 1 bathroom with a shower. There is also a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen that has all the essentials for dining in.
Flat screen tvs with cable in both the living room and the bedroom.
There is a stackable washer and dryer as well for your convenience.

No pets are allowed due to owners allergies. No smoking inside condo (there is a designated smoking gazebo located next to the pool).

Nice outdoor swimming pool for those days you just want to relax by the water.

We look forward to having you as our guest!

Note: We do have a Ring doorbell which monitors the outside front door and parking lot only. Also, no trailers are allowed in parking lot due to limited amount of parking spaces.

Only one issue

We had a great stay at this property. The condo was actually to our suprise better than the listing. It appeared to be recently updated and very clean! The stove must be the next upgrade on their list but was still in very good working condition. The one issue we had was with the pool. Not necessarily the condo owners fault but it was closed a lot of our trip. There was a pool guy who came once a day to check the water levels, but wasn't fixed. We would stay here again but definitely ask questions about the pool.

Great Getaway Spot

The condo was just as described, and the pictures were accurate. I personally loved that it was no smoking and no animals. My son and I both have allergies, so it was nice not to have animal hair all over everything. The condo was very clean, and provided us with what we needed for the week. My son loved the pool, and we loved how close we were to everything in Pigeon Forge. That was great.It was a great vacation!

Pigeon Forge Vacation

I thought i was getting a futon for my boys to sleep on and it was this horrible fold out couch. That could have been better. Everything else was great.

Great place

Love the proximity of the place, the quite and the coziness of the property. Only downfall was street construction, some days its closed and some days it's not making it hard to navigate atatnight

Convenient area and nice enough

My husband and I stayed here for our recent anniversary trip. I would say the description of the condo is fairly accurate. We did have a whole lot of trouble with the digital pad getting in and out of the door. It kept getting stuck due to the lock sticking out somewhat when it was installed. Also the vacuum that's used for cleanings there was full of nastiness and left out in the bedroom in Clearview. The fireplace would not turn on even though it said it should work during the seasonal hours of the fall. I did notify the host of these issues when I was checking out only because I did not want the hassle of dealing with maintenance or anything else on our anniversary trip. As of now I have not heard back from the host. I think if these things were resolved then this would be a great place to stay. see.lefttbedrithiloutside

Street Closed to Property!

We arrived at night and rode around trying to find a way in. Someone should have told us street was under construction! Luckily we had 4wheel Drive pickup!

Vacation 2024

The unit was very nice. It does however need a good detailed cleaning. The floors were not clean and there was mold around the top of the Keurig. Also, we would have liked to use the fireplace but it wasn’t working. It was overall a nice place to stay and would recommend the area. It’s very close to lots of attractions and not far from Gatlinburg.

Great location

The property was very nice. Just as it was advertised. Owner was very helpful when we had questions. Great location, although local road construction hampered access some. Overall, very good.
