Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets of Carolina Beach on any of the 4 decks, including one with ocean views!
This modern, 3 bedroom/3 bath home comfortably sleeps 8 guests. There is plenty of space for your family and friends to enjoy a Carolina Beach get away. This unit comes fully furnished including utensils, cookware, place settings to enjoy a great meal. There is a spacious queen size bed in the Master bedroom with en-suite bath with a private deck. The 2nd bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed with a smart tv and games to enjoy. Our third bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bedroom as well. If you still need more space, we have that option. On the top floor, the additional entertainment area has a sleeper sofa nestled between access to the top 2 decks!
There's room for 3 vehicles in a single bay driveway with tandem parking. Outdoor storage area containing a few beach chairs for you to enjoy! Don't forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower before relaxing inside!

Wonderful house to stay at while visiting Carolina Beach! Me, my wife, and I (aka our 5 kiddos), spent a week here and enjoyed every minute of our stay! The house was very clean, well stocked, had plenty of room, and a short walk to the beach in a very nice area. The host was excellent and quick to respond to any questions we had.Thanks again for the great experience!

Good stay. Wish there was more towels included instead of one per person for the whole stay. Patio furniture cushions were ripped but still useable. Living room tv had no remote and WiFi was terrible. Overall 4 stars!

Thank you for your feedback. The patio cushions have been replaced as well as 2 damaged chairs. The linen package is listed for potential travelers before booking, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit for guests to use. I'm sorry if you didn't tag that before booking or on the Welcome guide that's provided 3 days before your arrival. We haven't had any complaints that's wifi or a missing TV remote? We're glad you enjoyed your time

We had a wonderful time at this house!Highlights:Thursday night fireworks were easily viewed from the rooftop and it was also the perfect place to hang out for sunset views as well as a great breeze. We also loved utilizing the elevator for loading and unloading. The bidet in the master bath was a fancy surprise. The host responded quickly to rectify a minor issue for us ASAP. The house was located on a quiet street but it was also easy to walk to the beach and to the boardwalk area!! Wishes:The floors need to be regularly mopped. Our feet were black and gritty from walking around. The quilt in the master had some stains. We wished there had been a sponge for washing dishes. We also wished the house had some throw blankets. The beds are comfy but small, more like full than queen.

Location was great on a quiet street but still close proximity to the beach, restaurants and the boardwalk. We enjoyed having the multiple balconies, but, unfortunately, only two of them had any type of furniture to make them usable and the top deck had several loose boards. The house appeared clean and tidy, but our white socks were black from walking on the flooring. Only one towel per person was provided for our three night stay. Additional towels might be provided for a longer stay, but we had to do laundry to make it through the weekend. The house was for sale during our stay and can use some TLC to make it sale ready.

Thales for staying. We're sorry you didn't feel you had the same experience all of our previous travelers have had. The furniture for the decks are correct as shown in the listing photos. The sane floor the linen service package provided that lists exactly what a traveler should expect young arrival. We try to be very descriptive with our listings so every traveler knows what to expect upon arrival. We will look into the loose boards you mentioned. These are helpful messages, contacting the host during your stay if you have questions or concerns is the preferred method for timely resolutions instead of in a review days later.

Modern Beach House Paradise

The house was beatiful quite modern with very nice finishes. Spacing of bedrooms on separate floors provided great privacy and the rooftop terrace was one of my favorite aspects of this beach house. Location was perfect! Will book again!

Great location!

The house was very nice…brand new, updated furnishings. It had everything needed. Location to beach and downtown was great. Only complaint was that the beds were too firm for our liking.

Our First Carolina Beach Trip!

We loved our stay at this property. It is very clean and comfortable. Watch the fireworks from the top deck if you are there on a Thursday. Easy walk to the beach! It was a wonderful weekend celebrating our daughter’s 16th birthday. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

Really enjoyed this home. Great location with walking distance to almost everything. Unit was so nice and clean. It was the perfect place for our family to vacation. Would highly recommend. Might suggest to bring a few bath towels and washcloths so you dont have to wash every day.

The home is very nice and the host was easy to reach when issues came up. However, the issues we had lasted all week and did hinder our stay. First there was a roof leak into the kitchen/dining area that their maintenance had to come in and cut out part of the ceiling and tarp one of the top floor balconies (the only one with furniture). The host had hoped that would stop the leak and that we would not have to have a bowl catching water in the middle of the floor the rest of the week. Unfortunately, the leak just moved and we just had to move the bowl depending on where the water was dripping. The affected our ability to all be together in the dining area to eat and to play games, which our family loves to do. In addition, there was a leak coming from the top floor air conditioning unit that the host tried to say that we turned the temp down super low and the unit froze. Funny thing is we never touched the temp on that unit and I have a picture from when we found it leaking (time and date stamped) that shows it was set on 72 degrees. We asked for a fair refund of 35% of the cost of the days we were affected which would have been roughly 575.00, the host refunded 300.00 and said they could have charged us for the a/c repair which cost them over 200.00. Again, we never touched the a/c and have proof of what temp it was on. I have tried to reach out to host again after sending pic and they have not responded. It’s extremely disappointing.

Thanks for staying. Thanks for your patience during an extremely challenging time with an abundance of rain leading up to and throughout your visit. VRBO felt your request was extremely excessive. The refund provided is actually calculated by vrbo based on the property, amenities and thankfully, your messages We doubled vrbo's reimbursement recommendation. As far as the AC, we are not HVAC repair specialists. We rely on those specialists to determine cause of repairs, when issues arise. According to the repair technician, the issue was caused during your stay. As you stated, you were not charged for that repair. We thank you for clarifying that.

The property is a quick walk to the beach- a golf cart rental helped to commute back and forth with all the beach gear. The property layout was functional and as described. The outdoor patio furniture needs attention- it was not as pictured. While there are multiple decks, only one deck has any furniture and that furniture was badly damaged and in poor condition. There were two additional chairs included that were not pictured, unfortunately these were similar to outdoor dining table chairs, not lounge chairs. In addition, more attention should to be given to overall cleanliness. One bed was not made, several dirty dishes were in the cabinets, and there was still sand around the home when we arrived. There were little to no cleaning supplies for us to use to tidy up ourselves and there were no extra bed linens to just change out bed sheets ourselves. Even the broom dustpan was warped and therefore unusable.Unfortunately, we reached out to the property manager/owner to address these issues and they did not attempt to help or rectify any of the issues, putting us in a difficult position to leave a less-than-stellar review. The property is conveniently located and with more attention to details of guest comfort, a five-star review would be easily achievable. For the price we paid for our stay, we will choose a different property on future trips.

We did want to clarify that the outdoor furniture and seating match what's shown in our listing photos — the only change is that 2 of the chairs are now a different style after the originals were damaged and replaced; the cushions have also since been replaced. We understand the seating amount didn't feel like enough during your visit, but it reflects what's promoted in the listing. For clarity, top bunks, trundle beds, and sleeper sofa beds are not made up as part of our standard cleaning, which is noted in the unit description and welcome guide. We'll try to continue offering a five-star experience to future guests, as we have in the past.

Happy

We loved the property! It was clean and provided everything we needed. The walk to the beach was a little more than 5 minutes. There is a busy road to cross with no crosswalk but it was a walkable distance. A golf cart would have made the distance and experience perfect. Many of the other rental units surrounding this one, had golf carts and I would likely in the future take advantage of that amenity.

Modern Beach Living

We really enjoyed this rental. It was sleek and clean and easily accommodated four adults and two kids. Load in and load out was made super easy by the elevator. The rooftop patio was a happy hour delight. The location put us within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Be sure to hit up the Veggie Wagon a few blocks away. Will definitely consider returning.

Clean, modern tri-level beach house

New beach house with nice lay-out. 5-6 minute walk to the beach. Quiet location with great porch views. Only negative was the long cleaning list. We didn't get to enjoy our last day. It took four adults cleaning for almost 2.5 hours to do everything on the list. What is the point of the cleaning fee?

We're really glad you and your guests enjoyed your visit to our property. I'm a little confused about the cleaning references? The checkout instructions are the same rental agreement that was acknowledged and accepted before placing the reservation. Putting used linens in the linen bags provided, removing food and trash from the unit took 4 adults 2.5hrs? We don't require guests to "clean" the property, although we appreciated your efforts. We wish you would have reached out if there was any confusion about the checkout instructions. The cleaning fee is for our vendor partners to come in and clean the unit between guests, just as it was cleaned upon your arrival.

We enjoyed our stay!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach. This home was very clean and seems new. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so my husband and I had our own as did our girls and our boys. There was a wagon and 4 lawn chairs that made it easier to haul everything to the beach. It’s a short, easy walk to beach access. The elevator made it simple to bring our luggage into the house. The only thing I would have wanted to know is that the master has a queen size bed instead of a king. Also, the window coverings in the master bedroom did not cover the sliding glass doors. Overall we loved the location and the cleanliness of the home and would recommend it.

Great house! Great location!

We had a FANTASTIC time at this property. The location was great, easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, and the house was absolutely wonderful. All the decks were perfect for relaxing, having 2 family rooms was ideal so our 2 teenagers could be in the opposite one from us, the kitchen had everything you might need, and having 3 bathrooms was ideal. The house is quite new and VERY well maintained, and the rooms and whole house were very nice sized- it was NOT a case of the pictures made it look bigger than it was.... We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! My only wish is that the main bedroom had a king sized bed and I'll note that the main bed was extremely hard. I presume that is how the owners like it, but I woke up with a lot back pain each day. I'll plan accordingly next time though, because we will be back!
