Thank you for your review. We respectfully disagree with your statements, as they do not reflect the condition of our home or the experience of all the prior guests. We have never received any reports of fleas or spider infestations, and our cleaning team, who services the home after each stay, has not observed any such issues. A situation of that nature would have been identified and addressed promptly. You mentioned experiencing this on your first night, however we were not notified on that day , which limited our ability to inspect or assist at the time. We take the cleanliness and upkeep of our property seriously and maintain consistent standards for every guest.Based on our records and the feedback we have received over time, the claims in this review are not supported by the actual condition of the property.
