Prescott's ideal location makes for a great daytrip to other popular Arizona attractions such as Jerome, Sedona, Flagstaff, as well as the Grand Canyon. Boulder Cabin offers the perfect backyard for entertaining and includes a six person hot tub, custom built-in fire pit, grill, and plenty of outdoor seating! Front patio includes fantastic mountain views to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Spacious living room with vaulted ceilings. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen and sleep in one of the two king sized beds. Boulder Cabin also has a queen size bed and an additional roll away twin bed. The indoor fireplace isn’t operable but the outdoor fire pit can be used in accordance with Yavapai County fire restrictions. There is a covered carport at the top of the driveway. (Disclaimer: the driveway is steep and the top is only suitable for smaller vehicles. Larger vehicles such as a big SUV or truck can park in the bottom driveway two spots.)
