The host was fantastic at communication! This property was incredibly clean, comfortable, and contained almost everything guests would need for a long-term stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was always available whenever needed. My one issue was with the parking. While in the summer, the parking situation would be perfect, it becomes a little tricky in the winter when the snow accumulates in the back of the property. The host does not have a plow service, which requires some shoveling of the snow to clear a path for driving.

The apartment was large and comfortable. Very well outfitted with everything you would need for a stay. Immaculately clean inside. Beds were very comfortable. Location was ideal--close to town and restaurants. Excellent place to stay. I would recommend and stay again.

Great location

Property was nicely updated, clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy walk to dinner and the Riviera Theater. A very pleasant stay.

Location worked well for us. The place was basic. It could use things like instructions for the thermostat, towel racks, and local restaurant, stores, things to do. In addition, the covered outlet in the bedroom didn't work and the kitchen sink handle is loose.

Trip to Buffalo

My daughter and I came to visit family we hadn’t seen in a long time. The place was easy to find and was in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and the people we came to visit. It was immaculate and decorated tastefully. We would definitely stay there again.

This property is in the perfect location for our trip. North Tonawanda is a very charming town. We enjoyed the local food. Very close to Niagara Falls as well as downtown Buffalo and Highmark Stadium. The apartment was clean with ample room. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Beautiful property

Easy to access, close to the airport, and the owner was ready to answer any question we had, just have in mind that there might be people in the property downstairs so be aware of quiet time.

Stay in North Tonawanda

We had a great stay at Brian’s place and all of the communication and check in instructions were easy to follow. It was convenient to have our own dedicated parking space and the location was easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Thank you for hosting us!

Great stay!

Scheduling and communication with the owner were very easy. The building was also a breeze to enter which hasn’t always been the case for me in the past. We loved how the location was right between Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Overall it was a great time, we definitely recommend this location.
