Remodeled Airy Coastal Cottage! Steps to the Beach! Pet friendly

Coral Cottage is located on the North end of Amelia Island, just 2 blocks to the white sandy beaches and only 2 miles to our Historic Downtown. This newly renovated airy beach condo features 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and a half bath w/ washer and dryer downstairs. New furnishings throughout, including all brand-new mattresses. One bedroom with a king bed and outdoor balcony and one bedroom with a queen bed and a blowup king mattress for extra guests. The main living area is equipped with a large sectional and a 55" smart TV with streaming. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to cook including pots and pans, blender, wine glasses and a toaster. Enjoy coffee at the coffee bar featuring a Keurig as well as a coffee pot in the morning on the balcony or a glass of wine on the outdoor patio in the evening. Relax in the refreshing pool onsite or have a competitive game of Tennis or Pickleball.

Perfect!

We had a lovely time on our getaway in this lovely condo/townhome. It’s well located just blocks from the beach. It’s also a short walk to a park and two decent restaurants. It was beautifully updated and well equipped for our needs (we stay in for a lot of simple-to-prepare meals.) If we decide to visit Amelia Island again, we will be back to this “cottage.”

Cozy cottage blocks from the beach!

We had a wonderful stay and were impressed with the coastal design of the cottage, close proximity to the beach, and short car ride to the charming downtown area. The cottage had all the amenities and extras, everything to make us feel at home. Loved the coffee bar too! We are already thinking about our next trip back!

Wonderful location!

The property was very clean and perfect distance to the beach. It had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend!

Perfect getaway

The place was amazing. Very cozy and everything you needed for a day at the beach. Walking distance was a plus. Will stay again.

Great short stay

Check in was easy; it was nicely tended. The supplies available were very helpful especially for a short weekend. It meant we didn’t need to run out to the store when we already had limited time.

Clean and comfy

We enjoyed our 5-night stay. Nice condo. Great location, especially for the beach and biking nearby. Downtown is very cute and has great restaurants. I recommend this rental.

Clean and a very short walk to the beach!

We had everything we needed while here. Very clean and just a short block to the beach! We would definitely book this place again in a heartbeat! Laura was extremely responsive. Beds wee very comfortable as well!

Very cute and clean condo in a great area!

Condo was very clean and roomy! Easy walking distance to the beach. Typically dog friendly places smell like dogs have been there, but not this place. We would stay here again!

Perfect beach getaway

When you step into this condo the first impression is positive. It looks even better in person and so clean (lovely fragrance and spotless). Laura has considered every detail that a guest might need including basic cooking staples along with coffee and snacks. Beach gear is provided too and the beach is only a short walk. Fernandina Beach is very dog friendly so our dog had great beach walks too. We were totally comfortable here and would be happy to return!

Weekend Retreat

I spent only two nights at the property, but enjoyed everything about it. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, cozy. It facilitated a nice opportunity to visit with out-of-town family member, prepare meals, and enjoy a happy hour on the patio. Proximity to beach access was also so convenient. Thank you!

Lovely apartment

The apartment is clean, light filled, spacious and comfortable. Laura is super easy to communicate with and responded to our questions quickly. The location is fantastic, quiet, two blocks from beach and near Fort Clinch State Park. We loved it and hope to be back.

Lovely, peaceful stay

We loved the decor and cleanliness of the property. It was very peaceful and just short walk to the beach! The beach is wide and uncrowded. We saw lots of dolphin and swam every day. The beach wagon provided was a big help to tow our gear. Beds were comfortable and all the necessary items and more were provided. Our pug enjoyed the vacation as well :) Thank you, and we hope to be back!

First Experience

This was my families first experience renting with just us and our kids. It was an incredibly easy process and the condo we stayed in was well above expectations. We had a small problem near the end of our stay and Laura was so quick to answer and get it fixed for us. Thanks for the lovely vacation!

Awesome little cottage!

My husband and I stayed for five nights with our two fur babies - with no pet fee! Wonderfully decorated with extremely thoughtful special touches. I am used to renting cabins where you need to bring at least some supplies, but Laura has the cottage fully stocked - I literally didn't need to bring anything extra! The area is very quiet and close to absolutely everything. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! It was a truly relaxing stay. Thank you Laura!

Clean and Comfortable Condo

We rented this condo a few years ago with different owners. Laura & Tony have remodeled and added so many extra amenities to this Condo and we were grateful! The condo was bright and cheery with a lot of extras (kitchen fully stocked with snacks and complimentary bottle of wine). Coolers and beach towels for use as well as a wagon and umbrella for beach use. We loved all of the extras! We've already booked for next year:-)

Perfect place for us

Laura has their condo just perfect. It was the perfect place for our grand girlies to spend 2 nights with us. It had been almost 6 months since we'd seen them last because of my parents medical issues and we live in Alabama. It takes us abt 7 to 8 hours to drive that way to visit them. With my first search for a place Laura's showed first of three. I didn't even look at the other two because of cost and their locations. We could be within a mile of them while spending time with our son and DIL too. Thanks you Laura for renting your place to folks like us. Memories are priceless and we will cherish our time spent together. We can't think of anything we needed that you didn't have available. Beds were very comfortable and both the deck and patio are special in their own ways. Thanks for the treats and hopefully it was OK that I left a few bottles of water we had left over. Maybe we'll see you again....sooner rather than later. If you ever have available days that's not a full week or weird days in anyways....contact us and maybe we can do some spur of the moment trips to fill openings you have and help us see our girlies. Excellent Stay at the Coral Cottage

We had a great time during our stay at the Coral Cottage. Laura was wonderful host, and her place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We didn't expect all the great beach gear to be supplied, including a huge cart! This made the short walk to the beach all the better. We look forward to future stays at the Coral Cottage.
