We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The condo was comfortable, welcoming, and provided everything we needed during our stay. The property was well maintained, and we truly enjoyed our time there. It was a great place to stay while we were transitioning into our new home. We appreciate the hospitality and would definitely recommend this property to others!

The host was very helpful with my double booking of the stay. The money was refunded. The location was great because I was playing golf and this location is central so it was an easy drive to both the north and south courses. No major issues with the stay. It was quiet at night, the bed was comfortable and everything worked (coffee maker, appliances, etc.). I didn't use the the pool so can't comment on it. Overall. I was satisfied with my stay.

Short Stay

Came to Myrtle for our son’s parent’s weekend. Rental was perfect size for me and my wife. Clean and a great location.

Everything was just as expected. Bed was comfortable. Very clean. Well stocked for more than a few days. Would be a bit cramped for more than 2 adults. I didn't spend alot of time in the condo, but the couch in the living room area is a bit uncomfortable for those planning to spend time inside. Definitely not a reason to not stay there

This condo was great for a couple or a single person traveling alone. I think it would be a bit cramped for any more than two people as it only has one couch for seating. However, with that being said, that is all that was needed for us and it was exactly as pictured. We did not cook, but it had the basics provided in the kitchen. The community is very clean and quiet. The location is very convenient to everything and only a couple minutes to the beach! Since we had a dog, it was nice to have plenty of grassy areas to walk him with bags provided for easy clean up. The host was very responsive to messaging and was always very quick to respond when communicating. The key pad on the door made check in and check out very easy so we did not have worry about going to another location to check in and get keys. Overall, the condo was clean if you looked at the surface. However we noticed a couple things that needed more attention rather than just wiping down surfaces in the visible living areas. I realize this is a rental and the cleaning crew does a quick turn over, but a good thorough deep cleaning would make it a little more comfortable. For example, cleaning the floor between the stove and refrigerator, wiping the backsplash ledges not just counter tops, and vacuuming the closet floor and walls at the entry. These things wouldn’t keep us from coming back though. We were very pleased overall and would definitely recommend it! It was a great place at a great price!

Great stay and pet friendly

Emily is great and responsive. The place is pet friendly. I would recommend bringing a blanket for your dog and beach towels as there are not extra linens. The host is very responsive. Myrtle wood is a great choice. We will be back. Awesome!

When we entered the apartment there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke. The property was kind of dingy overall.

Good Price

The price was good. Much smaller than appeared in photos. Furniture was worn out. Was charged $27 after I checked out for "Credit Card fee". Had no idea. Would find something better next year.
