Boyne Appétit can comfortably sleep eight adults—two in each bed. There is room for up to twelve, with four utilizing two luxury queen air mattresses.

A: Some listing platforms do a better job than others in protecting hosts from damage and ill-intentioned guests. Skyloft Realty is a professional team that rents spectacular places to excellent guests. We find that a clear agreement and money on the line help us attract only the best guests.
Q: Do you allow early arrivals or late departures?
A: Possibly. Message us with your request. If there is availability between guests, we allow for early check-in or late check-out for a fee of $25.
Q: Do you have local/cable/satellite television?
A: No. However, most streaming services, such as Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, and others, are available.
Q: Can we have one extra guest over your property max?
A: Even if your one extra is an infant, we are required to stick to our maximum occupancy based on local regulations. Violations can result in fines for you and us both.
Q: What’s the parking situation?
A: There is a single-wide driveway with plenty of room for two cars. There is no street or public parking nearby. Please do not park in the grass. With advance notice and a fee of $25/stay, we can accommodate up to two additional cars, your RV, or a trailer for your boat, jet skis, ATVs, or snowmobiles.

Let's be honest--comfort and amenities only matter when you can be confident you're staying in a clean space. This is why we created an extensive cleaning checklist where all high-touch and common-use areas are deep-cleaned and disinfected. We disinfect the carpet, couches, and other soft surfaces. And, of course, all bedding--from the mattress and pillow protectors to the comforter/duvet--gets removed and replaced with fresh, high-temperature washed, disinfected linens.

Bring your fur baby along for the adventure. We allow up to two dogs under 60 lbs for a fee. Sorry, no cats, goats, miniature cows, or other animals are allowed.

We’re committed to purpose-driven entrepreneurship. That’s why we contribute a minimum of 1% of every night we book to a carefully vetted local charity.

Garage: A fabric barrier separates the central garage area and is unavailable for guest use. We kindly ask that you respect our privacy and not attempt to pass through the fabric barrier. There are cameras monitoring (only) our private area of the garage.
Cameras: we use exterior (only) security cameras and interior smoke and noise decibel-only monitoring systems. Smoking, vaping, and parties are strictly prohibited.
Rental Agreement: All guests must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of making their reservation. This includes a $250 fully-refundable security deposit which is only authorized and not charged to your card.
Let's be honest--comfort and amenities only matter when you can be confident you're staying in a clean space. This is why we created an extensive cleaning checklist where all high-touch and common-use areas are deep-cleaned and disinfected. We disinfect the carpet, couches, and other soft surfaces. And, of course, all bedding--from the mattress and pillow protectors to the comforter/duvet--gets removed and replaced with fresh, high-temperature washed, disinfected linens.

Bring your fur baby along for the adventure. We allow up to two dogs under 60 lbs for a fee. Sorry, no cats, goats, miniature cows, or other animals are allowed.

We’re committed to purpose-driven entrepreneurship. That’s why we contribute a minimum of 1% of every night we book to a carefully vetted local charity.
★ CULTURE MATTERS ★
We’re committed to building a dedicated, happy, and well-taken-care-of team. So know that at least 100% of your cleaning fee goes directly to compensate your cleaner. It’s simply the right thing to do.
★ SPECIAL NOTES ★
Garage: A fabric barrier separates the central garage area and is unavailable for guest use. We kindly ask that you respect our privacy and not attempt to pass through the fabric barrier. There are cameras monitoring (only) our private area of the garage.
Cameras: we use exterior (only) security cameras and interior smoke and noise decibel-only monitoring systems. Smoking, vaping, and parties are strictly prohibited.
