Situated in the heart of downtown Grand Lake, this all-new condo boasts luxe modern living and walkable distance to shopping, dining, and the lake. The perfect home base for a Rocky Mountain adventure, the condo includes parking in the front and back. Condo complex has a rooftop common area with a table for outdoor dining and amazing views.

After the day's adventures, unwind on the spacious private patio while taking in views of downtown and the surrounding mountains or kick your feet up in the sunny living area and open up the windows to circulate cool mountain breezes. The kitchen features gorgeous counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer and dryer.

In winter, cross country ski, snowshoe or take a short drive to family friendly Ski Granby Ranch ski area or just 30 minutes away is the world class Winter Park and Mary Jane ski areas. Feeling more adventurous, head out on some of the hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails.

What an awesome place to stay. We loved it! The hub coffee shop is right outside the front door. Everything was in walking distance. The town of Grand Lake is a beautiful place to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s condo in Grand Lake. The condo was very clean and well equipped to allow us a worry free stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer available to use. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to great food and cute shops in downtown Grand Lake. It is also close to RMNP entrance and Adam’s Falls for hiking and adventure. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Great little gem right in town.!

The property was very clean and in a fantastic location! Just steps from restaurants and bars and coffee shops. The patio offers some privacy, which is great as well! Easy check-in process, and great communication!

My husband and I stayed at this condo in Grand Lake for a week and had a wonderful experience. The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. Communication with our host was great also! The location is ideal—just a short walk to downtown Grand Lake, which made it super convenient to explore shops, restaurants, and the lake without needing to drive. Also, it is a very short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. The condo was peaceful, cozy, and perfect for our visit.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Grand Lake!

Clean, new, spacious and the bed was AWESOME!!!! And PERFECT location if you're going to Rocky Mountain National Park. It's MUCH mellower on this side rather than the Estes Park side that is beautiful, but CRAZY BUSY. We would DEFINITELY stay there again.

Great Location. Clean

This condo was located in a great place. We could walk to the restaurants, lake and park. The condo does not have a view but we spent all of our time outside. It was clean and very nicely equipped. It was perfect for our trip. The owner was very accessible and helpful.

This condo is in a great location. Coffee and cinnamon rolls were around the corner. It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, or miniature golf. My family enjoyed it.

Awesome property and location

This property was super clean, in a great location close to everything Grand Lake has to offer, and easy to locate. I loved the patio and availability of parking. The only complaint I had is that the walls are paper thin and I could hear everything the neighbors were saying or watching on tv. However, I would stay again.

Enjoyed our visit

This is a nice, newer unit which is in great condition and nicely decorated. The unit is part of a mixed-use development so the residential units are in back/upper floors. While it was a little challenging to find the unit, Nick provided detailed instructions. it was really nice to walk to nearby restaurants.

Cozy new condo with challenges

This condo has a great location and has every thing you need. The square footage is small, more than 2- 3 people would be a tight fit. Directions from the website and/ or the owner were very poor. I called the owner and left a message to call or text me and received no call or text back that night. Luckily we were familiar with the area and figured out where it was. We have rented many houses and condos in Grand Lake and other locations in multipe states and never had this problem. Something to consider before you rent from this owner.

Great Location Close to everything. Updated, Clean, contains everything you need for an awesome get away. Hard to locate access door. recommend you call property manager when you first receive the number to get accurate directions for entry. I would definetly stay at the property again.
