THINGS TO KNOW

The dock includes a fish cleaning station.
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
Boat slips are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All vessels using the dock must be registered and display a boat permit sticker before arrival. There is a $105 fee for renters to launch and dock their boat for up to 7 days. Renters bringing a boat must complete the digital boat dock information and agreement form and submit it at least 3 days (72 hours) before check-in. The registration form requires proof of current vessel insurance and registration, and all boat dock fees must be paid prior to check-in.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Use is not allowed for any renters' guests not staying at the property.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
