When you return to home base after a full day of fun, this cozy interior has the comforts you need to relax in style. The plush furnishings and smart TV in the living area will make streaming favorite movies and shows a breeze, and the cooks of the group will have no trouble whipping up tasty meals using the modern appliances in the full kitchen. Need to get a bit of work done while away? No problem. The free WiFi and desk have you covered for checking emails and perhaps attending a Zoom call while away.

Things to Know
This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 3 on May 13, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.
