Wake up to the sounds of the waves at Ocean Point, a direct-oceanfront retreat in the historic district of Downtown Cocoa Beach commonly known as Cottage Row.
Step outside with your morning coffee, watch the sunrise from your private patio, then follow your private beach access straight to the sand.
When you're ready to explore, leave the car parked. Coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, live music and some of Cocoa Beach favorite local spots are literally at the entrances of the complex. Coconuts on the Beach and Heid's Jazz Club just to name a couple.
THE SPACE
Ocean Point is a comfortable one-bedroom, one-bath oceanfront condo designed for an easygoing beach escape.
The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the living room includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The full kitchen makes it easy to enjoy breakfast before hitting the beach or prepare dinner at home with the ocean nearby.
You'll also have the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer—especially helpful after long beach days.

One of Ocean Point's best features is its location. Park the car and experience Cocoa Beach on foot. Coffee, restaurants, shopping, beach bars and live entertainment are all nearby. We loved our stay at this amazing condo by the sea - the home was well stocked with supplies for sleep and cooking in - and beach items! We loved it! And can’t beat the price for an ocean front stay!

Our stay was great with clear communication. The property was clean and smelled wonderful. The bed was comfortable slept well throughout the night. Sunrises were stunning. I was even able to see a launch take off.

Perfect beach getaway. Very much as described and a fantastic location. Do pay attention to the weekend sounds. Its a vibrant beach area and there are clubs nearby. Its the trade off for being walking distance to so many things to do. It was perfect for us. It may be noisy for some.

I just wish there was another mirror somewhere in the condo. The bathroom and bathroom sink are so small it’s hard for two people to get ready at the same time.

Very nice company. We let them know it was our honeymoon and they got us a card and flowers for when we arrived. Very good location and short walk to the beach. The path was a little overgrown but does kind of hide the private walkway so not just anyone walks up to it. There’s a couple bars beside it that keeps the music going loud late but isn’t too loud once inside. It’s a great location for food, coffee, shopping, and beach access.

We really enjoyed staying here however our recommendations would be to get a higher toilet seat especially if you have older guests with knee issues and a different faucet in the bathroom sink. It's difficult to wash your face with the faucet taking up the majority of the sink.

Unit is nice and right on the beach. Path to beach is a bit overgrown - but might just be off season. Heads up if you book during Christmas there is a huge Christmas Eve event we were unaware of on the beach directly in front of the condo. We were unaware - but pleasantly surprised to get to watch Surfing Santa's - but it is a BIG event.

Great stay in a great neighborhood
My husband and I stayed at this property and absolutely loved it! Great proximity to the beach (literally right out the back door) and loved that we were in the downtown area and within walking distance to so many different shopping places and places to eat. We did reach out to the property manager once while down there and she got back to us well within a timely manner which was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Diamond in the ruff!
This cozy condo was perfect for my husband and I. We watched sunrises in the morning, enjoyed the beach in the afternoon and plenty of places to choose for your night life, most within walking distance. We definitely will be back again next year!

Good spot at the right price
Very reasonably priced beachfront property, tucked away from the business. 1 bedroom, comfortable bed, small living room and reasonable kitchen. A little tight for a family of four though exactly what we were expecting.
