We stayed at this property for our family reunion. Everything about this house was spectacular for our needs. The owner was extremely generous in letting us enter at 1:00 rather than 3:00 so that people flying in could go directly to the house. At the end of the stay he gave us an extra hour to vacate. The house was clean and fully equipped for our needs. Although the weather could have been a little warmer, the heated pool and hot tub made it possible for lots of swimming. We used the grill almost every night and the fire table was wonderful for sitting pool side on cool evenings. This house was also in a great location for trips into town and our trip to Joshua Tree Nation Park. We would highly recommend a stay in this vrbo property.

Lyman is a fantastic host and incredibly responsive. The house has everything you could possibly want to spend significant time relaxing there while enjoying everything Palm Springs has to offer.

It’s a very spacious house on a quiet cul-de-sac with wonderful amenities and a very well appointed kitchen. Perfect for a big family group or a group of friends, something for every age to enjoy.

Lyman was very nice and any concern we had he responded quickly and solved the issue. This home was wonderful for our family of ten adults, two preschool children and two infants to gather and still have separation when needed. This home is very standard wheelchair accessible inside and out. Wonderful place and loved it!

Everything from checking in/out to the facility having everything from various pots, pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes, utensils, spices, a large assortment of cards and board games, etc. No need to bring anything with you as this has it all.The host got right back to us when we reached out.

We had a magical experience together for a bachelorette party. We were 7 ladies, 60-74 years old. The amenities were fabulous, the pickleball court was great,. The hosts were super responsive to any requests and concerns. We swam, saunaed, hot tubbed, played pickleball, pool and ping pong, and danced every night in the tiki bar.

We celebrated my 50th birthday in Palm Springs and chose this property for the large square footage and ensuite bathrooms. We were so pleased with our stay! The property was clean, well-appointed and organized nicely. The oversized pool was a dream, and surprisingly well shaded by the hedges all day long. So many conveniences: device chargers, pool towels, tiki bar with mini fridge and countertop ice maker, well lit vanity and a daybed in one of the primary bedrooms, lots of extra pillows and linens. Plenty of closet space, plus two washers and dryers in the laundry room, with extra baskets! You can tell an incredible amount of care goes into this place for its tenants; I feel so lucky to have found it among the many rental properties we considered. We had the most wonderful time enjoying this little piece of heaven in the desert!

Very unique property.

Loved the history of the home and all the spaces designed for games and play. There were 11 of us and the bedroom/bathroom configuration worked well. What was a problem was the kitchen. Although it was stocked with everything and anything we needed…it was small and cut off from the area we congregated.

Wonderful House for a big family holiday in Palm Springs

This is the perfect house for a big family gathering. The location is very quiet and private, at the end of an attractive street in the Racquet Club neighborhood of Palm Springs. Very safe. Easy parking for multiple cars with good security lighting, etc. Our party of 10 older adults and grown children were comfortably distributed among all the bedrooms and bathrooms - nobody had to do the usual sleeping on a couch or daybed. The interior dining area has a table for 10, and because the kitchen was so well appointed (e.g., 2 dishwashers and multiple high-end ovens/ranges) and well-stocked, we decided to forego our usual habit of sampling restaurants in town. Instead, we enjoyed each other's company by cooking and eating at the house. All the amenities are here, including consistently strong internet service for all and a good laundry room. This is a classic Palm Springs home design (originally owned by Christine Onassis) that is oriented for indoor-outdoor entertainment. We spent most of our time outside, in the private backyard. The patio is huge, with multiple seating and dining arrangements, flanking the beautiful pool, which is huge. Unlike most backyard pools in PS, this one could accommodate lap-swimmers. Great hot tub. The pool table room opens to the backyard pool and garden, where there is also a ping pong table. The icing on this cake? A professional-grade pickleball court at the far end of the backyard. Highest recommendation overall. Enjoy!

This Home is a Gem!

This expansive home worked so beautifully for our extended family group of nine adults and two young children! Not only do all seven bedrooms each have en suite bath, but there are also numerous spots in the home and pool area for all to gather — and lots of spaces for quiet time as well. We especially enjoyed the pickleball court and ping pong table, but also had lots of room for family game nights too!

Great place for larger groups

Visited with five girlfriends for a long birthday weekend and had a blast and really enjoyed the various indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as each of us having an en suite bedroom to ourselves. Communicating with Lyman was easy and responsive! Highly recommend!

Great property for groups

The property is huge..perfect for big groups and still have privacy. All 7 bedrooms have their own bathroom. Its clean and well stacked of towels, cooking equipment, toys for swimming, pickleball and ping pong table.. theres something to do for everyone..having yoir own pickeball court is one of things we enjoyed. The pool can fit 10 people easily. The house is clean upon are arrival and very welcoming. Aside for the minor incident in the parrking lot, i recommend staying in this property.. The hosts are wonderful, very helpful and easy to talk to and responsive to all your needs.. thanks again for your help Lyman!

Adult Birthday Vacation

Wow. I truly cannot express how wonderful this property was. We had friends (ages 28-36) meet up from around the country for a relaxing birthday trip and this place did not disappoint. It felt quiet and secluded, but so close to everything. Incredibly quick Ubers to wherever we wanted to go. The communication from the hosts was immaculate and they were helpful with all of our questions. The pool is just stunning and wasn’t too hot or cold for our trip. The front room of the house can get warm, but using the ac units quickly fixed that. I cannot recommend this property enough for a reunion of friends, family, anything!

Perfect vacation house!

Son 60th birthday celebration

The property was perfect for our family (ages 8-82) We set up a pickleball tournament that lasted our entire stay. there was something for all. The pool, Hot Tub and Ping-Pong were well used. Perfect place for all my family to spend precious time together. The only recommendation would be to set the ping pong table up in the garage to have a safer area and more space. Highly recommend this property

Great house for a group!

We had a fantastic stay with a group of friends. The pickleball court got a lot of use, we did laps in the pool, and hung out in the spa. The tiki bar was perfect for making drinks, and there are lots of spots for conversation and chilling. Close to town for yummy dinners. We will be back!

The house was excellent for our group! The outdoor living space and pool is top notch, the house was super clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The property managers were easy to communicate with and prompt in their responses. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place that has it all!

This property was stellar! The entire experience was seamless and the amenities were everything. This house has it all and is a wonderful place for a larger group. There’s so much space. Added bonus is definitely the pickleball court. 10/10 recommend this spot!
