Eksklusiv Carriage House, Historic District, Five Star Accommodations!

Carriage House nr. 10 er en dejlig to soveværelse, en og 1/2 bad, 1.380 kvadratmeter bopæl, perfekt til par eller op til fire gæster. Vores hjem er kun en af ​​et par meget specielle Pinehurst hjem fremhævede i 'Golf Style: Boliger og samlinger Inspireret af Course og klubhuset «, af Vicki Moon, 2010. Den er også inkluderet på National Register of Historic Places. Og se hvad vores gæster siger - vores fem-stjernede anmeldelser taler for sig selv.

Komfortabel og rummelig, nr. 10 udgør hele anden etage i vognhuset med egen privat indgang. Den solrige og åbne bolig minder om en urban New York loft. Beliggende i centrum af det historiske distrikt bag Palmetto House, residens har en fabelagtig 'centrum af landsbyen' placering, er to blokke fra Village, er en kort gåtur til Pinehurst Resort og en tre minutters gang til Championship Pinehurst # 2! Bygget i 1895 og for nylig opdateret til nutidens høje standarder, denne dejlige bolig er nu tilgængelig for at leje for den kræsne rejsende.

Ejendommen har et fuldt udstyret køkken, en master queen soveværelse og fuld bad, en rummelig gæst soveværelse med to enkeltsenge, et halvt bad, granit og fliser overalt, og et dejligt spiseområde og stue perfekt til underholdende. Boligen har også store solrige vinduer med 10 "dybe vindueskarme og plantage persienner.

Det åbne køkken / spisestue / opholdsstue indeholder overdådigt læder og polstrede siddepladser, fladskærms-HDTV, internetadgang og andre træmøbler. Original kunst pryder væggene. Udsigten fra vinduerne er af smukke landskabspleje og den dejlige fyr, magnolia, og kristtjørn træer, der gør området så specielt.

Great location

The little carriage house is situated within walking distance of shops and restaurants in the historic district of Pinehurst. We quite enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean and is as listed. Only issue, as we are older, is that the stairs are steep with narrow treads. Recommend.

NYE in Pinehurst

Property was just as wonderful as described, pics may not have done it justice- very cozy. Disclosure on my negatives: needs a king bed- steep steps if anyone has problems climbing. Not really a problem yet😄 Location in the Village cannot be better, a couple of blocks to restaurants & shopping. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything was great until we couldn't watch the PGA Championship because the property doesn't have cable TV.

Hulu Live TV includes CBS and ESPN. The PGA Championship was also available on Paramount which is provided at the Carriage House.

Four Brothers Golf Trip

I have used VRBO several times and found the Carriage House in Pinehurst. More importantly I found the owner Linda. The Carriage House lived up to and exceeded the description and our expectations. The place is well appointed, clean and right where you want to be if you are playing golf or in for a relaxing getaway. One can walk for dinner, drinks or shopping in the Pinehurst Village. All the good places to eat, directions, things to do, clean well maintained nicely decorated home and tee times arranged for us...well like I said, I found Linda. Also you will find some tremendous art hanging on the wall by Linda's husband that is worth checking out. We will be arranging our next golf trip here again. Thanks Linda!!

Amazing Pinehurst Property

My husband, son and I were fortunate enough to recently spend 5 nights at the Carriage House. Linda and Guy were so welcoming, and the property was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful village of Pinehurst, between amazing rounds of golf at the local courses. Linda was really helpful in securing tee times for us, which we greatly appreciated. The Carriage House was immaculately presented, and well stocked with every essential. We enjoyed coming home (to our home away from home) at the end of a busy day and relaxing with a glass of wine while preparing a quick dinner in the gourmet kitchen. We would highly recommend the Carriage House to anyone visiting Pinehurst. Thankyou Linda and Guy. We really appreciate everything you did for us.

Ideal location for Pinehurst

Excellent property within close proximity to Pinehurst golf courses and downtown. We walked to downtown and beyond for dinner a couple of the nights. Check in and check out were a snap and communication with Linda was prompt. Highly recommend the property. Very clean, updated, and has all the amenities you need, including a nice sized kitchen.

No 10 Palmetto House

Accommodations very good, well presented and equipped. Cozy, comfortable and very pleasant to come home to. Only issue we had was the steepness of the steps after a hard day at the office( golf ) but we are far, very far from being spring chickens! Ha Ha. One serious shortcoming for us was the TV channel availability on ROKU . Not one of the five channels we watch regularly was available. I would have been very happy to pay a bit more for a good satellite or cable selection. (Not having golf channel in Pinehurst ! History of USGA doesn’t do it, especially US Open week. ) I would have been very happy to add and pay for channels but the warnings in the ‘rules for renters’ were dire! Daren’t even consider adding a channel, assuming it’s availability on ROKU. Still totally enjoyed our stay. Location excellent so handy for historic village, golf etc.

Never hesitate to call or text if you can’t find what you are looking for using Roku. Most times, the NBC Sports app, CBS Sports app or YouTube would have carried the programming you were looking for. It sounds like you thoroughly enjoyed your stay, though, and for that we are happy!!

Long weekend in May, 2021

Well-located, within walking distance to the village of Pinehurst, Rassie Wicker Park, a number of shops and eating choices, plus it is an easy walk to the Pinehurst CC and Pinehurst Hotel. Quiet at night, a well-kept property.

Well, without boring everyone, we simply love living life to the fullest! Our life together has focused on family, each other, our careers and interests, and travel. We've visited a lot of venues searching for a perfect getaway place that met both of our needs, and look where we ended up! The Sandhills, and the lovely villages of Pinehurst and Southern Pines with America's best golf and thousands of acres of trails for me to ride my horse. Done deal! And what is better than sharing with wonderful guests like yourselves?!

Location, location, location. And to top it off, we renovated and decorated the unique Carriage House in our tastes and as we would our own home, which, I have to admit, so many of you admire :) Makes us both feel good to share such an idyllic property with you - our new found guests.

We searched long and hard in Pinehurst for a cottage that met our needs. Looked at a number of homes, but never fell in love. We knew we wanted to be in Old Town - the center of the village - close to EVERYTHING, but we also wanted something unique, something with a history, and something that just said, 'this is home.' When we drove into the driveway and saw that lovely Carriage House, it was love at first sight. The peace and quiet of the location, and the sun pouring into the rooms, just sealed the deal. And here we are :)
