Plenty of space to spread out

Plenty of room for nine people to spread out and relax. Great location near downtown.

Corpus get away

We had a great time with family and my mother's firt tome visiting Corpus christi and seeing the ocean. The house we stayed at was very spacious and clean. Our host were so nice and super friendly. I would recommend them and there beautiful home.

The house was comfy and homey. Close to most anything you’d want to do. Off the street parking was extremely nice to have. Shower in the master was tight, and there was no outlet in that bathroom, but that wouldn’t keep us from suggesting it to friends.

Very roomy

This is a nice house, literally a well maintained time capsule! We had plenty of space and everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. The host is extremely responsive to all questions!

Great stay!

House was cute, clean and exactly as described. Check in was a breeze, had all info in advance. Neighborhood was quiet, close to everything you could need. Will definitely recommend and will stay again.

Wonderful location

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, has a large backyard which is great for a dog, and very comfortable to stay at. The owner was so kind and accommodating to work with our check-in and check-out schedule. Will stay here again!

We requested the street address and entry code information early because I do NOT receive any email communication via my cellular phone. You stated you would text us the entry code. You did NOT send a text. Instead, you provided the entry code via email. It was a grueling process to get to my emails, but was finally able to get the entry code. The house was the perfect size for our small group. It met our needs nicely.

Quiet neighborhood

Overall the house was clean and spacious. Plenty of supplies for the weekend. I know nothing can be done but the shower in the master bedroom is small but it worked. Again you can't do anything about it but the roads in the neighborhood are horrible. If we get back there again, we would stay as there is plenty to do and it is well located. Thank you.

Perfect feel at home

Very clean! Comfortable and homey. Very roomy. Bed were very comfortable. Enjoyed everything about this home and will be using it again! Plenty of towels and dishes. Older home but very very well kept up! Thank you for a great stay!!

Great place to call “home”

This home is kept in immaculate condition with every amenity in perfect working order. From being able to enjoy warm coffee each morning, running a quick load of laundry, to a large comfy bed, we really did feel at home. So easy to just sit back and unwind after a day in Corpus Christi. It has a wonderful retro vibe from yesteryear. Thank you to our hosts W & R for being so accommodating!

Fantastic Home

Nice neighborhood and property. Property manager left note with number to contact them in case of emergency. Bery well kept property. The whole house was lovely, roomy, lots of yard space. Very quiet neighborhood. I really loved our stay.

Great stay

The property was as described. It was clean and comfortable. Everyone including the kids enjoyed our stay. It is roomy, it was perfect for the 10 of us. It was 6 adults and 4 kids ranging from 8-14. The home is dated, so do not expect anything other than what you see in the pictures. But it is clean and it has everything you need. I just recommend having more trash bags in the kitchen available, we ate breakfast at home and trash accumulated fast! There was only one extra one. Also, I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you are able to. For the host, I would recommend having more available pillows, for the room with the two beds, I would recommend investing in a better mattress for the full bed. The backyard was perfect for the kids and our small dog. Overall, we all agreed it was a great stay for the three nights we were there. We were not expecting it to be fancy we just wanted a clean, comfortable place for the kids. And we got that.

The property was very clean and well maintained. It has all amenities and all works!

This house was really well kept. It has a lot of original fixtures, tile and paneling and all in excellent condition. Really cool! The house had everything we needed. We stay in Corpus a lot and we really enjoyed being able to park around back and use the garage. That’s not very common there. Great stay!!

Rosie's House

Beautiful 60's home. Impressively clean and well kept. Relic interior finish and furniture with wood panel walls and art deco tile floors and walls in bathrooms. Vintage furniture in impeccable condition and well appointed. This home is like a time capsule from days past. Mint condition, almost too delicate, pristine and historical for a rental. Reminiscent of simpler times. Home is warm and inviting. Spacious and comfortable. Owners are responsive, kind and accommodating. Humble location with kind neighbors but not an area conducive to walks or jogs. Neighborhood changes drastically at the stop sign. An added bonus and pleasant surprise is the fenced yard which includes the garage and driveway. Offering peace of mind concerning vehicles and security. Garage accommodates 2 small cars or one large suv. In addition to two car parking in front of garage all within the fenced area. Yard and grounds are equally manicured and kept. We enjoyed the fenced yard for our Labrador. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Really loved the fact that we were so close to stores and food! Perfectly close to the beach, aquarium, or the Lexington. Loved the ease of check in and out!

We are both from Corpus Christi, met at Ray High School and are going on over 42 years of married life. We like going to the beach & having beach bonfires. We still keep in touch with some of our closest high school friends & even plan yearly vacations with them.
We enjoy hosting & making your vacations as comfortable as possible.

This neighborhood is actually my husband’s area where he grew up. In fact, we bought this house from the parents of a close high school friend, the Garcia’s.
The Garcia’s took excellent care of the home. The home was built in 1958 & it still has the original oven, and stove. All are still in good working order!
This home has plenty of quiet space to relax and enjoy your vacation in Corpus Christi Texas. The location is also a plus. It’s only a short drive to just about everything you need to have a great time.

When you enter this home, you recall a unique moment in time when there was no color televisions, internet & a quarter would get you a lot of candy at the store. Prices were lower, but so were salaries.
