King Suite with living room and kitchenette: At 697 square feet this King Suite has urban historic brick walls, a living room with a leather couch & large screen tv, marble table dining table, kitchenette with stainless steel appliances, & an ADA accessible walk-in shower, all nestled beneath the mountain in downtown Mount Shasta. There is a maximum of 2 adults allowed in this suite. All of our rooms are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed in Room 102. Our epic location is walkable to almost everything in this stunning California mountain town. Recently renovated with all new furnishings, new bathroom, fast & reliable FIBER internet (WiFi) and 55" smart tv in case you decide to relax by watching Hulu+ Live TV (included with your stay) or signing into one of your other favorite subscription services like Netflix or Prime.

Feel free to make eye contact and say hello as you walk the sidewalks as this is a small, friendly town. Our outdoorsy neighbors across the street at The 5th Season will rent you any outdoor recreation equipment you might want for an unforgettable adventure. Snowshoes, skis, mountain bikes, etc.. As far as neighborhood eateries, THEORY COFFEE Roasters & Bakery is an award winning craft coffee company that is located in the same building as Summit Lofts Boutique Hotel. We suggest you take a 3 minute stroll to Drizzle for an afternoon burger or a 2 minute walk for an acai bowl from Alua’s Thrive Bar and dinner at Pipeline shouldn’t be missed!

Parking: The hotel's complimentary parking lot is available on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to one vehicle per guest room. There are 11 standard guest spaces and 1 ADA-accessible space for the 12 room hotel. No worries once the parking lot is full, we provide a map with directions to free overflow parking spaces.

Perfect location to bring your mountain bike or other gear inside. Street parking is always free in our small, safe town.
