The sunset views are incredible from the wrap around deck. The beds were comfy. The property is close proximity to restaurants, shopping and fun!

The corner unit was great. Loved the balcony. The only thing is I wish there were a few extra soft blankets for my kids who slept on the pull out. Also would have loved a few simple beach toys/towels so I didn’t have to go buy everything but overall was a great unit and I loved the layout.

This condo is very spacious.I love the arrangement of the rooms and the view is spectacular!My 3 star rating is due to the smell mold/mildew. It remained during the duration of our stay despite may spraying room deodorizer. I did not notice any mold or mildew in any of the rooms or on fabrics my get best guess would be. It's coming from the vents. The only other suggestion I have is it would be nice to have more towels. They left a six bath towels for a three bedroom condo.

Thank you for your review and allowing us to host your stay. Maintenance did come over to the condo during your stay and did not find any mold/mildew anywhere like you mentioned. They have since installed a dehu to help with air movement in the condo. For each bathroom we provide 6 large bath towels, 4 wash clothes, 2 hand towels, and a bathmat. Thank you.

The condo is very “beat up” (broken drawers, ripped curtains, broken blinds, dents/marks on the walls, very dated bathrooms/doors and appliances. The room smelled very sour when we arrived, the comforters for the beds were in fact sour and had to be washed before use which was realized close to bed time. The condo was not cleaned very well and the floor was dirty. The Air conditioning had a smart thermostat on it that would not let the room get cooler then around 70 degrees. The corner condo was great for views and the balcony but will not be staying again.

My husband and family had a wonderful stay! The closeness to Schooners is one of the best benefits. The room is spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great location

The location was fantastic! We stayed here with several friends for our 35th high school reunion. The condo had everything we needed and we were even able to check in a couple hours early. The only reason we gave it 4 stars was because we had to sweep the entire condo when we arrived.

Only thing that could have made it better is one more parking pass and more balcony furniture 😌

Nice place and great location

Nice place but not having two parking spaces in garage was a challenge to park across the street with second vehicle. Property manager offers parking 4 miles a way but that is inconvenient. It’s a Seychelles policy so no getting around it.

Great space, awesome location

The condo is spacious, well decorated, and comfortable. The pictures tell the story. The only downsides were the master bed is missing the mattress pad which made it very uncomfortable. We had to actually go purchase our own mattress pad to use. Thanks he cleaning service is lacking, but it was useable.

Beautiful room and spacious

The only issue we had was because of the property rules you can only park 1 vehicle on site the rest have to be parked 3.8 miles away. Which for a group having 2 families or more could be an issue. For use it wasn't to bad but other than that everything was top notch. Ohh one more thing the bedroom locks on the second bedroom needs fixed for more privacy lol.

Absolutely Beautiful Condo w/Incredible Views!!

This condo did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we had made a great choice in this condo. It looks exactly like the pictures and we had a great week here with our 16 year old daughter and her two friends. Loved the wrap around balcony and the fact that the girls had their own balcony and also views of the lagoon. It is so bright and airy, unlike so many beachfront condos we have stayed in before. We will definitely recommend this condo to others...we actually already have...and we will also book this one again. We also loved the beach rental guys...they were very attentive to our needs and it was almost like they read our minds when we wanted the umbrella up or moved to shield from the sun. When we mentioned our interest in renting jet skis for my husband and the girls, Bradley said he would be happy to take them on a tour to Shell Island and then they could 'play around' after...they had a blast! They didn't see any dolphins, but they did see a 3ft black tip shark. :) We also were able to see dolphins and rays from our balcony...coolest thing ever!!!

Deep cleaning needed

Overall we enjoyed our visit in PCB and honestly didn’t want to spend our time together calling maintenance about things that should’ve been checked by Property Mgmt prior to renting, so what we comment here is strictly for the owners and to make them aware. Likes: Location, wrap around balcony were great. Easy check in/out, parking, trash disposal & access to the beach, shopping & restaurants Dislikes: Cleanliness was an issue for sure. As soon as we walked in our feet were sliding on the floor and it wasn’t wet. Very dusty (furniture, fans, pix, etc). Not sure if aware but there is a broken stool. Top cushion part is completely disconnected from the legs (found out the hard way), stovetop not clean (button area, rusted door, food caked between stove/countertop and stovetop itself needs attention, utensils in drawers (knives in particular-crusty), balcony had trash on it & the table had not been cleaned. Not sure what the wooden brace on the balcony is for but assuming there was storm damage and this is a temporary fix to provide extra support. Couch had sand all over it & under cushions. Bathrooms were not clean esp around shower areas (hair, grime). Place needs some updated appliances, a fresh coat of paint and a DEEP cleaning. Counted 8 resort bracelets when we arrrived. There were not 11. No one was checking arm bands so I’m not even sure why they are there. Sugg: Provide rental Beach chairs/umbrella for guests.

Be aware…this is a 3BR condo that can sleep 8 easy and you get 1 single parking pass. You can even buy additional passes. This made commuting anywhere a struggle as you have to park in a pay lot about 3 miles away with no security, gates or lights.It’s on the 18th floor and the down button on that floor is missing so each time using the elevator you had to go up a floor before you could go down. This was reported to owner on 1st day was never repaired.Bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain just a clear liner. Not ideal when you have 7 family members sharing 2 bathrooms. Also reported to owner first day to owner. Got a reply they would bring a shower curtain. Also never happened.Upon arrival was given access codes to parking and pool that has expired in May.The unit itself while dated and needs the cabinets recovered in a bad was was satisfactory and we enjoyed our stay other then the items mentioned above.

Bachelorette weekend

This condo was in an amazing location! From the VERY large wrap around balcony, you could see the gulf and the bay. We had everything we needed within a short distance. I love that this is on the quieter end of the beach. The only draw back to this condo is the parking situation. Our condo had 8 adults. They only allow one car on the property. If you have more than that, you have to park 4 miles away to leave the additional cars at an unattended lot.

Amazing Views, Great Facility, but make sure you bring some items

We had a great stay here. The condo was great with amazing views and all the amenities you could think of. But the floors were pretty dirty and they did not have many supplies for a week's stay, so make sure you bring plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies.

Good Visit

Only complaint: There were six of us so we came in two vehicles. However, we were only allowed to park one vehicle in the parking garage. Since Emerald Beach Properties owned our condo (#1801), we had to park our second car at their property office which was 3.8 miles away. That was VERY inconvenient. We will definitely never do that again!!! Other than that, it was a great trip.

The property managers were on top of everything here. What you don’t see in the pictures is the great work they do. The space was exactly as portrayed.
