This newly refreshed 2-story townhome with a finished basement features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 Double bed with a Twin trundle, and 1 Twin-over-Full bunk bed. Enjoy spacious bedrooms with modern updates, TVs in every room, and stylish new furnishings throughout.
There are three living spaces, including a game room equipped with a 412-game arcade cabinet, Pop-A-Shot basketball, shuffleboard, a hide-a-bed couch, and a 65” flat-screen TV. Additional amenities include a private hot tub, a 2-car garage, and a washer/dryer for guest use. Located in the heart of Silverthorne’s Wildernest neighborhood, you’ll have access to multiple world-class ski resorts within a 30-minute drive and scenic hiking and biking trails just steps from your front door.
Upon entering the main level from either the front door or garage, you’ll find coat hooks and a bench for convenient unloading after a day of adventure. A half bath is located down the hall. Just past the laundry room, the game room awaits—perfect for kids and kids at heart!
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is also on the main level. The cozy living room features a gas fireplace, ceiling fan, Smart TV, board games, and access to the wrap-around deck and hot tub. The deck also includes outdoor dining furniture. Relax in the serene, wooded setting and listen to birds chirping—you may even spot a moose!
The dining area seats 8 comfortably, with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. A modern glass-top dining table and a dry-erase Scrabble board on the wall make it great for meals and fun. The full-size kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and tableware needed to prepare home-cooked meals.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a King bed, private gas fireplace, Smart TV, sitting area, and treed views with peeks of Lake Dillon. The spacious en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub, standing shower, walk-in closet, and dual vanities.
Down the hall, the second bedroom includes a King bed, dresser, Smart TV, nightstands, ceiling fan, and a large closet. The third bedroom features a Queen bed, dresser, Smart TV, nightstands, and a ceiling fan. Attached to this room is a charming bunk room with two Full beds, two Twin beds, a Smart TV, oscillating fan, and a large armoire. A nicely updated guest bathroom with double sinks and a standing shower serves these bedrooms, with access from both the hallway and the bunk room.
Head downstairs to the third living area, where guests can enjoy a BRAND NEW Golden Tee Golf - PGA Tour arcade game—perfect for golf enthusiasts! We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
