Villa on Biševo, Komiža - transfer and car included, 5 min to the sea

Villa San Silvestar is located on the island Biševo - home to the Blue Cave, next to Vis. Feel the peace that will make your holiday unforgettable at this unique getaway while having access to regular amenities and services. There is no similar property on the whole island. Included at no extra charge, is the following:
- organized transportation from Vis island to the villa and back,
- car at your disposal during your whole stay,
- cost of daily transport of food and drinks to your villa.

The space
The interior of the villa consists of a living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. There is a sofa-bed as well. One bedroom has a 140x200 bed, the second one has a 160x200 bed and the third one has a 180x200 bed. Living room and each bedroom has air conditioning (4 A/C's in total). Property can accommodate up to 7 persons.

Interior of the villa has a total surface of 80m2, while the exterior has a surface of 116m2.

The exterior of the villa consists of the enclosed yard (26m2), terrace towards the sea (30m2), a private pool (8x3), outside BBQ/dining area with a fireplace and a yard with gravel flooring (60m2) on which the hot tub is situated. Next to the villa you have the space where a car for your personal use is parked. In front of the villa, not far from the hot tub, you have a seating area with outdoor furniture.

Guest access
Arrival - once you arrive on Vis island via ferry or catamaran from Split port (most common route), we pick you up with a van and take you to Komiža. From Komiža we give you a 20 minute boat ride to Biševo island. In short, once you reach Vis island, the rest of the journey to our villa is organized by us and is at no extra charge for you.

Also, on the day of departure, we will give you a ride back to Vis island / port, at no extra charge for you.

During your stay, we will deliver groceries to you each day in the morning at 09:30 h based on your order the night before.

Car Mitsubishi Outlander will be available for you, at no extra charge during your stay at our villa on Biševo island. With it, you can easily access different parts of the island. Popular beach "Porat" and restaurant "Kod Jakše" is just 7 mins away with a car from the villa.

There are bicycles available as well, just let us know in advance that you want them here during your stay.

Other things to note

We know, plans can change. We aim to be flexible. If you cancel, despite the default cancellation policy, we give a 50% refund, with the possibility of a higher refund or a voucher for future use.

Everything that is shown on pictures is at your disposal, available only for you as our guests. This unique villa is rented only as a complete unit so your group / family will have private access to all inner and outer spaces of the villa.

Arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) should be on the weekends. If you have a different arrangement in mind, message us before to check, we are flexible!
