Hi Rita & Blake,Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We really enjoyed our time here. Your condo was great and had all the little extras that made our stay more comfortable. Anasazi Village was also very nice. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. I think pool #5 and hot tub #3 are our favourites.Your location made access to the different areas we wanted to go to very easy.We would love to come back in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-month stay!

Loved the location, the views, and the community pool! Easy access to plenty of spectacular hikes and golf courses. Excellent restaurants and retail within walking distance. The condo was spacious well equipped, particularly the kitchen. Many thanks to Rita and Blake for your hospitality and assistance!

Perfect place in a perfect environment

The condo is beautiful and so comfortable with all the things you would need to enjoy your stay. We are nature lovers that like to hike and enjoy the scenery. We had "l'embarras du choix" (i.e. so much great trails to choose from). Definitely will need to come back.

Beautiful Condo in Paradise

The Condo is gorgeous and fully stocked with everything you'll need for your visit . Enjoyed my long-term stay immensely. The location was central to most of what the area has to offer and great location to walk for shopping/restaurants if you don't want to drive. The owners Blake and Rita were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.The condo has amazing views of the Golf Course and the Pool.definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent in this area.

Great Condo in Anasazi Village

I have stayed at or visited several condos in Anasazi Village and this has to be one of the nicest ones. The condo is very clean, very nicely decorated, has a comfortable bed and a very well equipped kitchen. The internet, cable tv and heating/air conditioning work very well and the condo has a great view of the swimming pool, the golf course and the mountains. The condo is very quiet at night and the rental process could not have been easier. I would definitely recommend staying at Rita & Blake's condo.

Nice condo

Condo was decorated nice, was very clean and had all the things you need. We enjoyed the great view, the pool, and close access to the paved walking trails. It was quiet, close to all types of stores, restaurants and everything you could possibly need or want. We enjoyed our stay very much and will go back again. We also did a lot of hiking within a short drive, including Camelback mountain, and the McDowell Sonoran preserve. Also enjoyed playing a few of the many golf courses in the area. Rita and Blake were as helpful as they could possibly be and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time there.

We love Anasazi Village

We just returned from a month in this condo in Anasazi Village. This was our fourth January at Anasazi and the third condo we have stayed in. My husband and I agree this was our favorite. The view of the pool, golf course and mountains is wonderful. I enjoyed watched the sunrise every morning. There are so many stores and restaurants nearby. Stone Creek Golf Course is an easy stroll from the complex, and the walking trail is right outside the gate. The owners of the condo were helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. Overall we had a wonderful experience here.

Perfection!

This place was so perfect that I a) didn’t want to leave and b) seriously considered purchasing another unit! The space has everything you could possibly need, was so clean and organized, and is in the most ideal spot in the valley with quick and easy access to downtown, the airport, the highways...all while being on a tranquil and quiet golf course overlooking one of the complexes beautifully maintained pools. I truly truly loved this place. Blake and Rita were amazing hosts, they have set the bar high and this whole experience as been a unicorn one! So rare to have every category of an away from home experience go so perfectly- but I’m grateful I found this gem! If you guys ever want to sell it, please put me on the long list of interested people!!

Paradise Valley gem

Getting this condo overlooking the nicest pool and golf course view, from the best-designed building (color and style) in the Scottsdale area, with fascinating places to eat and shop for food in a mile radius, and a well-planned interior, fresh and easy to be in, made my stay in Phoenix a wonderful gift in a hot summer.. Rita and Blake are gracious and responsive and have nice taste.. I appreciate it all.

Wonderful stay

This unit was perfect for our needs everything has been provided and this is close to many restaurants and shopping not to mention the 5 pools and golf course on property with Mountain View’ and much more . Blake and Rita have been most accommodating and keeping us informed as to what is going on at the resort as needed. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone who wants to have a good experience.

Loved our stay

Nothing but praise for this property. Lovely condo, well equipped with all the basics, and then some. Definitely all it was advertised to be. Great, quiet location on the golf course, but easy access to other parts of town. The free long distance was a real perk at Christmas! Blake and Rita are gracious hosts and we will definitely try to book this property when we are back in the area.

Great location, nicely done

There’s a lot to like about this Condo. Kitchen has updated cabinets, countertops, and appliances. Rooms size was adequate and great views of pool, golf course, and surrounding environs from the porch. Bath and shower were really nice. Large leather couch with built-in recliners was great. A few notes. We were instructed to remove our shoes just inside the doorway since the carpet is “white”. Who puts a white carpet in a rental unit? Made us a bit paranoid with our shoes and drinks, but we (and the carpet) survived. Good WiFi but TV dish operation was foreign to us so getting use to it took awhile. Roku was available for Netflix etc. but it’s a dated version so not everything available.

Thank you for your review. When we bought the condo it had white carpet which we have not changed. We have the carpet cleaned three times a year professionally. Our House rules, do not stipulate that it is necessary to remove shoes.

Wonderful Condo and Incredible Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this well equipped, beautifully furnished and comfortable condo in the Anasazi Village complex in Phoenix!.... the complex itself has 5 heated pool/hot tub areas, is right on the Stonecreek Golf course and is adjacent to 25 miles of walking or biking trails!! It is a luxury complex, beautiful grounds and perfectly maintained. Also, everything you might ever need is within walking distance... really! you don't even need to have a car when staying there, although there is so much to see and do in and around Phoenix!!! Blake and Rita were excellent in making sure we had everything we needed, and we encountered no problems....Their unit is in the prime location overlooking the golf course, walking trail and pool area! While there are a lot of places to stay in Phoenix, this is truly one of the top places we've stayed at!

We enjoyed another wonderful stay at your superb condo! It is resort living at it's best. You have such lavish furnishings and housewares...Everything we could have wanted and more! The location is amazing with in walking distance to so many amenities, shops and restaurants and beautiful walking trails. The pools and grounds are so well maintained. Absolute Paradise!

I had the privilege of spending a week in this gorgeous condo for Springbreak with my partner. We had such a marvelous time! The suite was beautifully decorated with every essential we needed. It was walking distant to shopping and restaurants. The choice of multiple pools and picturesque golf course landscape, made 'Paradise Valley' absolutely that, Paradise! Would go back in a heartbeat!

A wonderful Place to Stay

We have stayed at many places in the past and this is one of the nicest ones. We loved how clean and nicely furnished this condo is including a comfortable bed...yeahh, loads of storage, and a very well equipped kitchen. The internet, and heating/air conditioning worked well ...yeahh We loved getting up in the morning and having a coffee overlooking the beautiful views. Anasazi Village is gated and quiet and very well looked after. The pools and grounds are immaculate. Parking is close to the unit. We really enjoyed the walking/biking trails right out the gate from our condo, the central location for hiking and of course the golf course clubhouse is next door with a nice driving range too. Thank you Blake and Rita for your wonderful place and for your help with the process!

The pictures and description are just as it is. The complex is gated and quiet. The pools, hot tub and work out room are clean, not crowded. The views are beautiful from the deck and pool. There is so much to do! Shopping, dining, sight seeing, hiking, golf, and more! The bed is comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. If you visit here you will not be disappointed! What a wonderful time we had in this unit and in this complex! Anasazi Village is phenomenal! We loved how clean and fully and beautifully furnished our condo was... super well-equiped......entertaining was easy! Although not golfers (yet!) we loved the easy access to the walking and biking trails. The condo was very quiet and restful and so close to shopping, which was a breeze. Dining was great also... so many great eating places close by. The pool and hot tub areas were awesome (great towels supplied by Blake and Rita!) and we loved the cactus garden! We'll be back... who knows, we might even look to become homeowners in Phoenix!!! :) Beats the snow and cold for sure! Thank you Blake and Rita for your wonderful place!

We stayed in the apartment in September 2014 The apartment is perfect, even nicer than in the pictures. The location is great and the area is very quiet. All in all, the perfect place to vacation. Rita and Blake was super nice and helpful with all our questions. Highly recommended
