Great location

My husband I stayed here over the weekend. The location of the studio is super convenient to restaurants/stores on High St. and was quiet! Parking isn't super convenient, but that wouldn't stop me from returning.

Studio

Stayed here for two weeks while doing some research at WVU. Good proximity to University and restaurants. Wish there was parking, but was able to buy a 1 month permit for the public garage for about 100. Clean apartment. Didn’t use the kitchen except to make coffee.

Great location and host. Perfect property, displayed accurately

the host was wonderful about communicating, location is exactly as pictured and location is very convenient to downtown and WVU access, which is why we were there. Will definitely be booking again for future visits

Excellent communication

I had to book an extra day due to flight changes and the host was completely understanding and helped me out. The area is quiet and the place was clean and organized when we got there.

Convenience to all things Morgantown!

Came In for a WVU football game and this place was great. Clean and convenient to the PRT, restaurants, & bars. Host was communicative and responsive for a thought free stay. Highly recommended.

Great location and space

The apartment was clean, roomy for a studio and well appointed. And the location was perfect for visiting our kid at WVU and exploring the town and campus. We will definitely return.

Ideal Location!

We came in for WVU parent’s weekend. The location was ideal, it was fun to be immersed in the setting of downtown Morgantown. Felt safe, the building is very secure. Instructions regarding access and parking were well communicated. We had what we needed, would stay here again!

Enjoy!

We really enjoyed our stay at your property. It was pretty easy to get to the bike trails, which was what we wanted to do. Great places to eat nearby as we walked. Our only small concern was that our car was parked around the corner and down the street, but we had no issues, so that was great.

Morgantown

It’s was a cute little studio apartment we had to have my husband for surgery at 5am so we needed a place to crash for the night the host let us come in at 1:00pm so we could rest up. She answered all my concerns about the parking garage where we had to leave our vehicle cause there’s no parking here. I would recommend it. No noise at all and all the stuff we needed for our short stay.

Cute studio, great location!

We loved the location of this studio! It was well decorated & comfortable. The only note we have is that there is a significant hill from the parking to the building and then there is a flight of steep stairs to get to the room. This wasn't a huge inconvenience for us, but it would be a concern for anyone with mobility limitations.

The place was just what we were looking for for a one-night stay in Morgantown. The location was the best part as it's close to everything you want to be close to.

Visiting a College Town

The pictures and description of the unit were good. The space around the bed was a little tough to navigate. It worked for us and was clean. However, on the second night that we stayed...someone attempted to enter the room at 10 PM while we were there. They saw us and backed out. It was very unsettling. We had not received any communication, why was someone entering at 10 PM? This incident could have become very dangerous for all involved

Right in the heart of Morgantown

Very convenient location with plenty of options nearby for food and nightlife. Early-birds beware, the nearby nightclubs might not be the most peaceful nights sleep. This is a great location otherwise for folks looking to get the most out of the downtown experience.
