This location is in a busy area but its great for everyone! Enjoy a camp fire while the kids play at the park!
We have been told its the "best location" to let the teens hit the "park" area while the parents enjoy some local attractions (wink wink) while having the house be just steps away, so everyone can check back in.
You can walk out the back door and be at Preservation Place in 2 minutes to enjoy the concerts.

I'm here to assist you anytime during your stay. Currently, there is access to the basement. It is a traditional "old house" basement but it offers a washer and dryer.
There is a large table in the garage for guests to play cards on a rainy day.

Located in a bustling yet welcoming area of Arnolds Park, this house offers nightlife right outside the front door and an amusement park with green spaces at the back. While there is no access to a boat or dock, ample parking is available: a gravel area behind the house, the front driveway, and public parking off Dewey Street near our alley. Basketball enthusiasts are encouraged to bring a ball to enjoy the nearby court, and there's also a great playground available.

Remember to bring your bikes or another mode of transportation. It's a bustling area, so it's best to leave your car parked. For outdoor enthusiasts, Arnolds Park's green space is conveniently located just outside your door, providing ample space for games and leisurely walks. Whether you're engaging in a game of frisbee, throwing a football, or just enjoying the natural surroundings, there's no shortage of activities for enjoyment and relaxation in your own backyard.

Located in one of the busiest areas of the Iowa Great Lakes, our property offers a surprisingly peaceful stay — families have even claimed it's where they get their best night's sleep! It's ideally situated for teens to enjoy the nearby park area while parents explore local attractions just steps away.
We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover mean we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times and may not be left alone in the property.
