The space
Serenity Now! Insanity Later...Seinfeld Fans: yes, you picked up on that correctly.

The house is so appropriately named as one gains a bit of serenity sitting on the deck and listening to the beach waves crash, or napping on the outdoor.. or indoor couch (wear its cold as ice) in the middle of a hot Texas day. Playing family games at the big table under the stars and soft lights, there is a lot to slow down and enjoy here.
