The Space:

Located in the beautiful North End Boise area. Walk or Bike to local dining, shopping, and parks. Enjoy a short walk to breweries, pizza, ice cream, sushi and coffee. Miles of hiking, running or Mtn Biking trails near your location. Convenient to downtown, Boise State University, Boise Airport, and more! Take a day trip to Cascade, Idaho (1.5 hour drive) and explore Tamarack Ski Resort or to Donnelly, Idaho (2 hour drive) to enjoy a natural flowing hot springs! This private loft is furnished with a queen sized bed, full kitchen with black stainless appliances, full bathroom and outdoor deck space, makes for a great getaway for couples or a solo traveler.
This private loft features a comfortable queen-size bed, with quality linens. Accompanied with a closet that includes a rack with hangers for guests and provides plenty of space to store personal items. Windows let in natural light and are supplied with black out shades that give privacy. Modern and contemporary art brings a chic style to the space! There is a flat screen TV to view from a comfy couch for catching up on your favorite Netflix series. The loft provides 3 comfortable barstools located at the counter, 2 chairs, and a sofa in the living area.
Next to the living area features a full kitchen stocked with black stainless appliances, a coffee maker, a microwave, dishwasher, oven, with dishes and cookware for preparing small meals and heating up food for dining in easy! Utensils, glassware and dishes are included to make preparing a small meal or enjoying leftovers simple and convenient. There are three bar stools and counter area that can double as a space to work from home.
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire loft and a private entrance. This guest suite is completely separate from the front house on the property. It is built above the garage which is a detached building at the back of the property.
There is NO yard access, the deck of the front of the unit is for guest use but the backyard on the property is not to be accessed. The garage is also NOT available for guest use.
Parking is limited and street parking does require walking to front door. This is a second story unit above a garage and does require use of stairs.
The Neighborhood:
Location location location! This is truly Boise's historic North End neighborhood, where the merchants first built homes, almost all prior to 1900. Location is steps away from downtown. Albertsons 1 block away makes for easy groceries. Breweries, restaurants, coffee shops all walking distance. Quick pleasant walk to Downtown/Farmers market/Capitol Building/Hyde Park shops, eateries and bars/YMCA, and more.
North-End located in what is considered the “Presidential Streets”, near Downtown and Boise State University. You will find this energetic historical neighborhood is great for walking and exploring what Boise has to offer. Known to be on of the safest neighborhood is safe, charming, and among Boise's most historic.
Getting Around:
The property is located in the North-End of Boise and has a Walk Score of 85 out of 100. This location is very walkable so some errands can be accomplished on foot. This is a great neighborhood for walking on the tree lined streets and is safe & friendly. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and entertainment are within .5 miles of the house. The location is approximately 2 mile from Boise State University, 3 mile to the downtown historical shopping district, and 5 miles to Boise Towne Square Mall.
Other Things to Note:
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
**The loft is located across the alley from Franklin House, which is a Bed & Beer with a seasonal beer garden in the backyard. You may hear the beer garden which is open to the public from 5 to 10 Wednesday to Saturdays. Most guests see it as a huge asset to their stay and we encourage you to go on over and meet some locals and other travelers. **
