No need to climb stairs! This cute first floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo has direct access from the back balcony to the community pool, outdoor grill and pavilion for fun gathering! Ready for summertime fun! Imagine each morning you will wake up from the sound of seagull and start your morning yoga at the peaceful balcony with private view into the court yard with a pool and grill pavilion!

The location is close to the heart of Rehoboth. You can bike or take a stroll into all the fun: beaches and board walk, tons of restaurants and Funland! Easy access to the Henlopen State Park, Gordon Pond. You can also take the bus to the Rehoboth Board Walk as another option.

Elegant beachy fresh paint, beautiful new luxury plank flooring, brand new stainless steel appliances! Close to the heart of Rehoboth, you can bike/walk to all the fun while resting in a peaceful family-oriented oasis. Take an easy stroll to the shops and restaurants, beaches. 2 parking spots.

This renovated unit offers a kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite, tile backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, breakfast bar with 3 stools, brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, shutters. Master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and a queen sofa bed in living room with shared second full bathroom.

You have two dedicated parking spots around the building. You can walk to the beach with a new beach gear cart and new beach gears! One parking spot is in front of the building labeled as 100-102 and a second parking spot is near the back balcony labeled as 100-102. You don't need parking permit in the car as long as you park in the allocated spots.

Washer/dryer are in the unit. Below items are provided in the unit:

- Hand soap and hand sanitizer
- Coffee/tea bags
- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels
- Dishwasher detergent and cloth detergent
- 2 trash bags
- 1 beach gear cart

Guests are responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels (2 queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed) . Pillows, shams, blanket/comforters will be provided. Host can provide other options if you have problem bringing your own linens.

We use a professional cleaning service once you have checked out. Check-in time is not before 4:00 pm, check-out time is by 11:00 am. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property (state photo id required).

Great spot for a family! It’s a long walk, but the beach is walkable especially with the wagon provided. We also really enjoyed the pool at the complex after a morning at the beach.

The property was clean and close to Rehoboth boardwalk. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but doable. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Overall, a good place for a short stay.

We loved our stay it was a great location for the beach. It was really great having to grill. The pool was really clean and everyone seemed to abide by all of the rules and I love the clean bathrooms out there by the way. Just a couple of things— when we arrived, the floors were not clean. They were so full of sand that you couldn’t walk on them. The unit has mice — they ate our bread/ the bread was in bags —the were closed but the mice chewed through. The sweet lady that lives next-door visited us pretty much on a daily to keep us in line on who parks where— which we really appreciated. She also let us know that there were hornets nest and that we should make sure everything is locked up because they were people that come across at night that steel things. Her dog was adorable too. Thanks for having us.

Very nice place and convenient for what we needed. Wall were a little thin so the upstairs neighbors kept waking us up at 3/4am in the morning walking heavily around. (But I know this is just a function of living in apartments.)I was surprised to see linens and towels available when we arrived which was not noted in the listing. I would have much preferred not having to bring all of those with us. In the kitchen, there are no condiments at all -- not even salt and pepper so make sure to bring what you need for cooking.It was a good enough place for us.

My upstairs neighbors ( a retired couple) use the unit only for their short vacation stays. For your hygiene, I’m asking guests to bring your own linens and towels. Thanks for the call out about kitchen condiments. I’ll re-stock more items. It’s the start of the summer season and things can be missed here and there. But kitchen condiments will be there for the guests’ cooking needs. Thanks again!

Relaxing family vacation!

Our family loves to visit the beach and are very particular about where we stay. This place was just what we needed. It was a great location to the beach, restaurants, shops,etc.Most importantly it was (1) very clean and well maintained (2) nicely decorated (3) lots of amenities (4) quiet and safe neighborhood (5) easy check-in/check-out and (6) the host was very responsive.We'd definitely stay again!

Great Location in Rehoboth!

We enjoyed our stay here with our 4 year old. It was great to be so close to the pool! A playground is in walking distance along with restaurants and shops. We had a great time!

Such an amazing experience! beautiful and clean accommodations....so convenient to the avenue! the kids had a ball at the pool after a long day at the beach...great way to wind down and well stocked with noodles and inner tubes to play with....the complex was quiet, well maintained with so many friendly guests and neighbors... cindy was an amazing host and responded quickly with any questions we had regarding our stay from booking to on site needs. we will definitely be booking again for our annual moms/kids annual reohoboth weekend

Great Location!The condo is just as pictured, and very quiet. Lots of local bars, cafes, and shopping in walking distance. Easy to get in an out of the complex, even with traffic. We used all our own sheets/towels/linens/blankets and pillows.The kitchen is well stocked. We stayed at this property for a weekend getaway. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the overall condition of the rental.Cindy was a very kind person to speak with, super fast with responses and making sure we were okay. Checking in and out was easy and quick. Things we did appreciate and enjoy were the condo being on first level, the beach chairs and wagon and it not being too far of a drive from the boardwalk. However, upon arrival the cleanliness did not meet our expectations. Every room did not feel properly cleaned or maintained for incoming guests, especially at the very beginning of the summer season.What we noticed almost immediately is the state of the couch, if you want to use the beds in the couch be prepared to dig through months of crumbs. All drains had that pinkish mold around them and the gunk of buildup around all the bathroom faucets and hair in the sink. The shower heads had months of buildup of gunk that we cleaned ourselves. Shower curtains were dirty, every counter, mirror and surface had dust, crumbs and sticky substances.One toilet caused a giant splash back you had to jump from and close the lid immediately, brown water came out of one shower. Pee stained mattress and dirty mattress covers. Floors were very dirty as well.This is an old condo, a lot of cosmetic updates are needed desperately. As for the cleanliness I hope the owner addresses the issues before the next guests.We unfortunately would not stay again.

During your stay, no cleanliness or maintenance concerns were communicated to me, and no opportunity was provided to inspect or remedy the issues described in your review. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously. The condo is professionally cleaned and inspected between guests, and guests who stayed immediately before and after your visit provided positive feedback regarding cleanliness and overall condition. As an older beach property, the condo does have normal wear consistent with its age, but we work hard to keep it clean, comfortable, and accurately represented in the listing. Peaceful stay!

The condo was nice and clean, in a great location, close to the pool and very quiet. There was assigned parking for 2 vehicles close to the condo. We were looking for a unit that had little to no stairs, and this place was perfect.

I love camping along the seashore and spending time at the beach with my water loving family. We love to stroll on Rehoboth Ave for the fine shops and dinings, explore the historic Lewes, beaches, bike in Henlopen State Park and Gordon’s Pond, and play water sports. Hope you will enjoy Delaware beaches as much as we do!

Just renovated for 2023! Elegant beachy fresh paint, beautiful new luxury plank flooring, brand new stainless steel appliances! Close to the heart of Rehoboth, you can bike/walk to all the fun while resting in a peaceful family-oriented oasis with direct access from the back balcony to the community pool, outdoor grill and pavilion for a fun family barbecue! This cute first floor 2br/2ba condo is an easy stroll to the downtown shops and restaurants, beaches, board walk. 2 building 1 city parking
