Great location, recent hurricanes caused beach erosion, so walking on the beach can be challenging at times….just need to time your walk with tides. Nice pool & BBQ area

Guest flew in after a major storm and was gracious about the impacts such as the temporary beach erosion. The beaches are coming back, thank goodness! We appreciated her understanding and appreciate the review!

The best part was the amazing view. The kitchen was fully stocked. The grounds were very well kept. We would stay here again.

Great quiet location with easy access and parking. This condo has an incredible view of the ocean and is steps from Sugar Beach that we walked 4-5 miles each day. Property is well maintained with everything we needed for our relaxing stay in Maui. The location is easy access to all parts of the island by car. We’d stay here again!

Good access to beach. Screen door to lanai fell off track and was hard to open and close. Experienced bugs inside unit. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was good. Parking was good locale to unit and elevator.

The condo was great. The host thought of everything that you might forget. Was nice having the Lanai to sit on in the morning and evening. Great home base. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay for the second year. The condo is perfect for 2 people. The deck has a specular view of the beach, pool and ocean. The condo is always clean and well stocked. The grounds are always well kept up and the people are nice.

Best Views!

Loved our stay here! Nice and quiet location and almost your own private beach out front. Condo was really cute and had every thing we needed. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Maui.

Amazing stay

Had an amazing time at this location. Location is super close to the airport. The place was super clean, and the beautiful sound of the ocean that you can so clearly hear is calming and relaxing. A must stay will be back for sure

Great stay

As hosts, we work hard to please our guests during their stay. There are guests who will not be pleased, no matter the situation. This rating of 3-Stars is disappointing since it was noted that the guests' stay at Kealia 302 was "fantastic" and their "issues" were resolved. Note to future guests: The "issues" were found to be user-error and not issues with the condo itself. We have suggested to these particular guests that they find other accommodations for their next visit to Maui.

This property was amazing. The pictures of the place and the view from the lanai are spot on. The parking is right out front by the elevator so easy access. We loved sitting on the lanai and having breakfast and just relaxing in the afternoons. A few of our favorite things was walking on the beach every day, watching the beautiful sunsets and listening to the waves at night. We will definitely come back.

40th Anniversary Trip

We loved our stay in Maui at Kealia Condos! The location was perfect. The condo was comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. The view was spectacular! We highly recommend staying at Kealia in Kihei!

Great location!!

The unit was clean and had everything you’d need in the kitchen!! It’s feet from a beautiful sand beach that goes for miles. Centrally located if you want to explore the rest of Maui!

Perfect for us

The condo was perfect for the two of us. Had everything we needed, including beach chairs, cooler, and plenty of towels. The bed was very soft, and the proximity to the beach was ideal.

Loved it

Older property but well maintained and loved the smaller size/seclusion these condos offer. Hosts were amazing and responsive to our needs. Overall we were very pleased.

Great view

We had a great time. Condo was very well stocked with all the necessities. The grounds and pool area were all clean and beautiful.The bed was comfortable and the sound of the waves breaking on the beach was relaxing. We hope to stay here again.

Sugar Beach Stay

Denise and Tony were great hosts. Their place was cozy and felt like home for the week. Definitely recommend getting in touch with Tony and booking a round at King Kamehameha - it was gorgeous! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Maui!

Fantastic Paradise for 2

The condo provided everything the 2 of us needed. Quiet, ocean and beachfront without crowds of people. Message responses from owners was almost immediate. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING! We hope to come again!

Our stay was exceptional! The owners were incredibly helpful, and the place had a clean and charming Hawaiian ambiance. The beautiful view and lanai with amazing sunsets added a magical touch. The bed was comfortable, and the convenient, quiet location was a plus. The access to the King Kamehameha Golf Club, one of the most beautiful courses we've played, was a highlight. We truly enjoyed my time and hope to stay again. Highly recommended for a memorable Hawaiian getaway!
