Picturesquely perched on the banks of the canal, this 3BR, 2 1/2 BA home is perfectly located for prime people watching! Watch the boats sailing by and listen to the birds chirping in the trees from your waterfront decks. Walk or bike into town to enjoy the beach, boardwalk, fine restaurants, casual eateries and quaint shops of Rehoboth. The location is incredible! Take a short walk to the water taxi which will take you to Historic Lewes. . . . or hop on the nearby trail and bike to Lewes, (the first town in the first state!) Have a rainy day? Binge watch your favorite TV shows on one of the 4 Smart TVs throughout the home. This 3-story townhouse offers a first floor bedroom and bath, decks, 2026 Updates: Whole home water filtration system, new showerheads, new blinds and new flooring on 1st floor. CAC, W/D, outdoor shower and off-street parking for 2-3 mid-sized cars, + 1 Rehoboth Beach parking permit. NO Pets or Smoking please. Guests pay a $170.00 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Cozy Townhome, Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second time staying in this cozy townhome located in heart of Rehoboth Beach. Located along the canal, this location offers the ability to walk to most anywhere in town. It is situated on a quiet street, but still feels like you are in the centrally located to just about anything. Great kitchen space as well as sleeping arrangements for our stay over the Labor Day weekend.

Almost Perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was amazing overall. We took our small dog and the place was well equipped for our yorkie. They even had gates to block the stairs which was awesome. The place was super clean except...there was a really bad, icky stain on the upstairs carpet which obviously just happened....someone tried to clean it but left it wet and the stain did not come out and there was a small fan left running in hopes for it to dry...sadly it took days for it to really dry. I know when you stay is a pet friendly place...this is would have been nice to have been informed of it instead of me contacting the Realtor so that we were not blamed for it. A smaller issue was the furniture in the main living space is super movable which is awesome...but whoever cleans it didn't do that and there was a ton of dog hair under there......other than that the place was neat, roomy and the location was incredible....even with the two items I would stay again in a heartbeat. The check-in and check out was super easy and the townhouse was well equipped for our stay.

Location

This ended up being a perfect spot for convenience, accessibility to shops and restaurants and for ease of travel for access to Route 1. The townhouse was well maintained and decorated, perfect for the group we had assembled. We were impressed by the amenities and overall representation of the listing. We would gladly rent this spot again. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay!

We parked our cars and never used them the entire week. Three bathrooms and an outside shower were perfect. New appliances as well. One parking space and one beach tag included. We purchased the linen package; well worth the money!

Just as described

Perfect space for our family. Easy to walk downtown. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook from pans to spatulas. Dishes and glassware as well. #1 reason we rent a home is kitchen and getting to spend time with family.

As advertised, nice quiet neighborhood

This is a nice townhouse in a quiet neighborhood on the canal. Easy to bike into town, about a mile from the actual beach. It came with a parking permit, which made a big difference. Nice place for a smaller family or group. Clean, well appointed.

Great Location

This property is about a mile and a half from the beach and boardwalk. You have a variety of great food places you can walk to or drive to. Egg is at the end of the road and a top notch choice for breakfast. You could walk to the beach if you wanted but it’s only a few minute drive to park closer. Plus you get to use a parking pass for one car so you don’t have to pay to park. You can essentially walk all the way to the beach or boardwalk on a side walk. It was easy to check in with BHHS and check out. The place itself was fairly clean, cozy, and welcoming. You can park two smaller cars in the drive way with some finesse. There is another spot around the front of the property and you can use the parking pass to park on Canal street. The kitchen had just about anything you would need to assist with cooking. The three main beds were all queen sized. There is a pull out couch that could sleep 2 people. It was nice that there is a bathroom on each of the three levels of the property. Only two of the bathrooms have showers. They have a rental service for towels and sheets but if you choose not to use it, you do need to make sure you bring your own towels and sheets. We brought our two month old with us and we chose to stay in the bedroom on the bottom level so we didn’t disrupt our friends staying with us. We were able to fit her bassinet pack and play easily in the room and the curtains helped keep it dark in the morning. Our friend sleeping on the second floor on the pull out couch barely heard the baby. Overall it was a great stay in a great location.
