Honeymoon getaway

We loved staying here and using the hot tub for some relaxation and wine while we took in some views of the area!

Spring Break 2025

Stayed with kids aged 4 and 6. The outside area is amazing. Wonderful for the family to sit and enjoy the Tennessee weather. The fire pit, hot tub, and tv were all very much loved by my family. The inside is an older home that the owner has obviously put a lot into to upgrade the amenities. It was very close to the downtown attractions like the aquarium and the creative discovery museum. We enjoyed staying here very much.

Fun place to stay!

We stayed just for a couple days but would love to come back in the spring/summer. The out side amenities look great. Owner was extremely nice and help out with something we left behind!

Amazing!

This place was beyond amazing! We really enjoyed the outdoor section, which was perfect for us and our dogs. When we return to Chattanooga, this will be our go-to place to stay! Gunnar is a fantastic host! Thank you for everything and we look forward to coming back!

Great get away

This property has amazing outdoor living space and an amazing kitchen. Our trip was so busy we couldn’t fully take advantage of the property, but unwinding in the hot tub was a delight

Fascinating Retreat

The property manager/owner - Gunnar - was amazing and very accommodating. This is a great spot to hang out with friends and family. We had such a great time and hope to come back some time in the future.

Comforts of home

This property was very clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed. The beautiful outdoor space is very large and offers all the comforts needed for a good time with family and friends. The host is very responsive, generous and hospitable. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again.

Nice place, great hot tub

We enjoyed our stay here. The place does have a very unique layout as advertised, but the owner has done a nice job with the space. Great kitchen amenities, including an air fryer which we had fun trying! The outdoor deck space is really nice and we used the hot tub every day. The kids really enjoyed it a lot. Communication with the owner was very easy... He was quite responsive! No sidewalks in the neighborhood, surrounding properties a bit run down, some barking dogs during day (but not at night). This property is a gem in the neighborhood.

Chattanooga rental

This is a very unique property. The privacy fenced deck is wonderful with a full outdoor kitchen, grills, lots of seating, an outdoor TV , and a spa. The indoor kitchen is also very nice, with all new appliances and everything you could possibly need. The owner was very responsive and lives on site in the house next door.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Vacation

We had such a lovely time at this location during Thanksgiving! The owner gave us very clear directions and check-in instructions. The property was absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. The host left so many nice, thoughtful touches for us! We were especially impressed with the outdoors area. We loved hanging out at night by the fire after spending time in the hot tub. The outdoor bar and seating areas were perfect for having a glass of wine after a day of exploring the Chattanooga attractions. We were there with our 2 kids and 2 dogs, and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. As a bonus, there is a very nice sized fenced in area for the dogs, which we loved. We will definitely book here again during our next trip to Chattanooga!

Private, Nice features and accommodations to enjoy

The owner was very responsive and helpful. He’s done a lot of work to create this private oasis. The hot tub was a favorite although there is a small learning curve on getting it the right temperature but through some amazing in-line plumbing, filling it with hot water (and draining out some of the colder water) was simple. You’ll never run out of hot water with the engineering feat he’s accomplished. We’ve been to this area before and see it constantly growing and improving.

Lots of Character

This property offers so much, it would almost be impossible to list it all, a great place for outdoor entertainment or just a cool get away from the norm. The interior of the property was very clean and has a TV in every room and all the comforts of home. The only down fall was that the jets in the hot tub were out of order, big bummer for us since the hot tub was the deciding factor in us securing this property over other ones. My son loved the massage chair in the living room and the fact that he was able to have a TV in his room. Another feature that we loved was the water fountains and the outdoor lighting at night and there is a full privacy fence for your fur babies to be contained, I kept my pups in their crates most of the time, but it was nice not to have to leash walk them when ever they had to go! I'll be sure to check this place out again on our next trip back to Chattanooga.

Amazing Property

Don’t know where to start! First off, the owner is a great host. So helpful and patient with all of my questions (really hope I didn’t bug you too much). :) Next the house…it’s even better in person than in the posting. I can’t think of literally anything that we needed that wasn’t provided. The layout is shotgun style, meaning you enter in the living room and everything is straight back. I found it to be a nice setup. However, we didn’t spend much time inside the house unless we were sleeping because…. The outside areas of the house are amazing!!! The owner has truly done a ton of impressive work to make these spaces a fun and relaxing places to hangout and that’s exactly what my husband and I did (and our fur baby) for our entire stay. We were fortunate to have perfect weather. One side note, in the second bedroom there is a door that leads to the secondary outdoor area with grass and fountains and more seating. It wasn’t until our second day that my husband realized the gate next to the hot tub also leads to that yard. (Yep, I felt a little silly for not using that sooner) Speaking of the hot tub, it’s incredible, I believe it is fairly new and it’s great! Cannot wait until we can visit again! We didn’t get out much but we did go to Sugar’s Ribs (close to the house) to pick up some ribs and we fed the goats, so fun and I recommend stopping by. We also picked up pizzas from Portifino’s and they were delicious.
