Our completely renovated one bedroom, one bathroom condo is PERFECT for couples, small families or a friends getaway. See the ocean and hear the waves from every room. Beautiful views, sounds, and location with private balcony. Centrally located, in a gated community, to some of the best beaches in the world and only 10 minutes from Red Hook (Ferries to St. John & BVI), Havensight (Cruise ship docks) and about 20 minutes from the airport. Steps to the oceanside pool, beach, and seaside dining.

Oceanside home away from home

Very nice condo, was spacious enough for two comfortably. Nice full kitchen to do some cooking. Excellent sunset views from the balcony and can listen to the waves crash while you sleep with the screen doors! Just what we were looking for.

Like staying at your friend's condo

Excellent property, completely updated, and well-stocked with many things others omit/neglect. The host is on top of things and answers your questions instantly. One of our best VRBO experiences ever.

Gracious Host

Our host Chris did a wonderful job to make our stay memorable. He set us up for success and checked in on how our experience was. The property was as described and views were wonderful just a slight housekeeping issue with the bathroom cleanliness other wise property was clean, well organized, and comfortable.Definitely would recommend not arriving in the dark as can be a little tricky the first time. We would definitely stay again upon return to St. Thomas.

Great place

Property itself is very good and well-maintained. Decorations are tasteful. Beautiful ocean-view. Driving to and fro is a bit challenging. Parts of the highway going towards the town are steep. But then, most of the island is somewhat that way.

We stayed there for a week. This is a spacious one bedroom condo, clean and nicely decorated. The views couldn't be more beautiful. It was very nice to listen to the waves crashing while watching the sunset from the balcony. The parking is easy. The location is good. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. Registration was easy. We definitely recommend this place.

Honeymoon

We could not have chosen a more perfect place for our honeymoon…Waking up and having coffee to an unbelievable view while listening to the sound of crashing waves was PERFECT! The kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials for the nights we just wanted to stay in to enjoy a quiet meal with wine and amazing sunsets. Pictures just do not do it justice! Chris was an excellent host, and went above and beyond offering advice whenever needed, like when our flight was cancelled and we had to quickly find another place to stay for an unexpected travel delay. The location is perfect, within walking distance to two great restaurants and a quick 10-15 minute drive to pretty much anything you would want to do. I would definitely recommend staying here and we plan to be back again someday!

St Thomas Stay w Chris

This is by far the best place and best experience I have had with a rental property. Condo was very well stocked with a nice variety of kitchen dishes and utensils. Property located in an excellent location, modern and updated. Owner was outstanding from the minute we asked about the property until the day we checked out. He was extremely quick to respond to our questions, was so very helpful in recommendations and any questions we had, and very easy to work with. As for the location, we checked out other areas of St Thomas during our stay we had considered staying at. My husband and I both agree we made the absolute best decision booking this location and this property. I highly recommend this owner and property. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful villa

This villa is beautiful more in person than it is in the pictures! It is equipped with everything u need. You can literally hibernate there if you'd like. While we were there Earl (storm) arrived and it rained for 2 days our tours were canceled so we played games (provided by Chris) watched movies and cooked our meals. We enjoyed the villa very much especially the view of the ocean. Along with the iguanas hiding in the rocks the ocean is all you see and it is amazing! Chris answered whenever I had a question he was very informative and one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with. No need to pack beach towels or even your toothbrush the villa is definitely equipped with whatever you need. The only downside is we waited at the last minute to rent a vehicle and there was no availability. renting a car is very very essential because getting a taxi can be very difficult. We would have to call multiple numbers before getting one. At times it took maybe 30-45 minutes just to be able to get one. Chris provides phone numbers for taxi service but please rent a vehicle you need one. Thank you Chris we had a great time in the villa!

My wife and I love to travel and see new places. We try to travel at least once a month and have been to over 20 countries and counting. We like to find the hidden gems or off the beaten path places where the locals visit and tend to eat. We are big foodies and love eating the various cuisine that each place has to offer. I grew up in Michigan and have been in Florida for over 20 years now. I love the warm and sunny weather that Florida brings in contrast to Michigan. My wife is originally from Ecuador so we spend a fairly amount of time is South America as well.

When we travel we are usually out and about checking out the different sites and tastes a location brings. It is very hard for us to stay in, we are always on the go.
I'm a neat freak so I try to leave the place in the same way it was when I got there.

Just a laid back guy who loves life!

We started coming down to the Virgin Islands about 13 years ago and instantly fell in love with the culture and scenery. When the opportunity presented itself to own a piece of paradise we jumped at it. We have a great community of friends and neighbors within the complex. We love to show people around the area and guide them on how to make the most out of their trip.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Our place is literally as close to the water as you can get on the island. We are about 20 feet from the water. Every time we walk into the condo it blows us away how you have the view of the ocean from almost every room. You can fall asleep listening to the waves below and catch amazing sunsets from the private balcony. We love watching the boats and the cruise ships pass by. We are also steps to the oceanside pool and the condo is centrally located right in between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook so everything is easily accessible. The building also has a back up generator which is a huge luxury to have on the island as it does lose power often.
