Our fully renovated 1BR/1BA condo is PERFECT for couples, small families or a friends getaway. Enjoy stunning ocean views and the sound of waves from every room or your private balcony. Watch breathtaking sunsets and cool off in one of three crystal-clear pools. Located in a gated community, just steps from the beach, oceanside pool, and seaside dining. Only 10 min to Red Hook (ferries to St. John & BVI) and Havensight, and 15 min from the airport—your perfect island escape!

Beautiful St Thomas condo overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The amazing view consists of the ocean, palm trees, iguanas, and the occasional boat or cruise ship passing by. Catch amazing sunsets right from your private balcony while sipping on your favorite beverage. Wake up to the view of the ocean from the bedroom. Swim in one of three sparkling ocean side pools. The unit has air-conditioning, two ceiling fans and two pedestal fans, but depending on the time of year you may want to turn off the AC, turn on the fans, and open the sliding doors to enjoy the constant tropical breezes.

The condo is perfectly furnished with all brand new appliances and a fully equipped kitchen (including Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender) for inside dining. There are two Smart TVs and fast WI-FI is included. We pride ourselves on providing maximum bedroom comforts with quality 450+ thread count sheets and REAL QUALITY mattresses. The sleeper sofa is a queen size Serta sofa, very comfortable, unlike the old pull out beds of the past. A great night's sleep leads to a great vacation day. Washer and dryer are located within the unit. Quality beach towels and two beach chairs are also included.

- Mim’s Seaside Bistro. Try famous Lobster dish
- Bolongo Bay Beach Resort: swim with sea turtles; snorkel; sunset cocktail cruise; sail to St. John, water sports
- Iggies Restaurant & Bar, live music
- The beach: part sand and coral, but still beautiful and fun

Other things to note:
There is a set of stairs, about 10 steps, to get up to get to the condo. No elevator.
A free assigned parking space in included. While taxis are available, we recommend renting a car to fully explore the island.
We don’t charge a Security Deposit, please RESPECT our property with no damages.
The complex has a back up generator as power outages are frequent on the island

Oceanside home away from home

Very nice condo, was spacious enough for two comfortably. Nice full kitchen to do some cooking. Excellent sunset views from the balcony and can listen to the waves crash while you sleep with the screen doors! Just what we were looking for.

Like staying at your friend's condo

Excellent property, completely updated, and well-stocked with many things others omit/neglect. The host is on top of things and answers your questions instantly. One of our best VRBO experiences ever.

Great place

Property itself is very good and well-maintained. Decorations are tasteful. Beautiful ocean-view. Driving to and fro is a bit challenging. Parts of the highway going towards the town are steep. But then, most of the island is somewhat that way.

We stayed there for a week. This is a spacious one bedroom condo, clean and nicely decorated. The views couldn't be more beautiful. It was very nice to listen to the waves crashing while watching the sunset from the balcony. The parking is easy. The location is good. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. Registration was easy. We definitely recommend this place.

Gracious Host

Our host Chris did a wonderful job to make our stay memorable. He set us up for success and checked in on how our experience was. The property was as described and views were wonderful just a slight housekeeping issue with the bathroom cleanliness other wise property was clean, well organized, and comfortable.Definitely would recommend not arriving in the dark as can be a little tricky the first time. We would definitely stay again upon return to St. Thomas.

Honeymoon

We could not have chosen a more perfect place for our honeymoon…Waking up and having coffee to an unbelievable view while listening to the sound of crashing waves was PERFECT! The kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials for the nights we just wanted to stay in to enjoy a quiet meal with wine and amazing sunsets. Pictures just do not do it justice! Chris was an excellent host, and went above and beyond offering advice whenever needed, like when our flight was cancelled and we had to quickly find another place to stay for an unexpected travel delay. The location is perfect, within walking distance to two great restaurants and a quick 10-15 minute drive to pretty much anything you would want to do. I would definitely recommend staying here and we plan to be back again someday!

St Thomas Stay w Chris

This is by far the best place and best experience I have had with a rental property. Condo was very well stocked with a nice variety of kitchen dishes and utensils. Property located in an excellent location, modern and updated. Owner was outstanding from the minute we asked about the property until the day we checked out. He was extremely quick to respond to our questions, was so very helpful in recommendations and any questions we had, and very easy to work with. As for the location, we checked out other areas of St Thomas during our stay we had considered staying at. My husband and I both agree we made the absolute best decision booking this location and this property. I highly recommend this owner and property. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful villa

This villa is beautiful more in person than it is in the pictures! It is equipped with everything u need. You can literally hibernate there if you'd like. While we were there Earl (storm) arrived and it rained for 2 days our tours were canceled so we played games (provided by Chris) watched movies and cooked our meals. We enjoyed the villa very much especially the view of the ocean. Along with the iguanas hiding in the rocks the ocean is all you see and it is amazing! Chris answered whenever I had a question he was very informative and one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with. No need to pack beach towels or even your toothbrush the villa is definitely equipped with whatever you need. The only downside is we waited at the last minute to rent a vehicle and there was no availability. renting a car is very very essential because getting a taxi can be very difficult. We would have to call multiple numbers before getting one. At times it took maybe 30-45 minutes just to be able to get one. Chris provides phone numbers for taxi service but please rent a vehicle you need one. Thank you Chris we had a great time in the villa!

We are passionate food lovers and enjoy trying the local cuisine everywhere we go. For us, food is one of the best ways to connect with a culture and create lasting memories.

I grew up in Michigan and have called Florida home for over 26 years. I love the sunshine, warmth, and lifestyle Florida offers, especially compared to the colder Michigan winters. My wife is originally from Ecuador, so we also enjoy spending time exploring South America and staying connected to her culture and roots.

When we travel, we are usually out exploring—visiting local attractions, trying new restaurants, and soaking in everything a destination has to offer. We love being on the go and making the most of every trip.

As a host, I take pride in being respectful, clean, and organized. I believe a home should be treated with care, and I always strive to leave every place we visit in the same condition we found it.

We are easygoing people who love life, travel, great food, and creating memorable experiences. We look forward to welcoming guests and sharing the same hospitality that we appreciate when we travel.

We are just steps from the oceanside pool and centrally located between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook, making it easy to explore the island’s beaches, restaurants, shopping, and activities.

One added comfort that sets our property apart is the building’s backup generator. Power interruptions frequently happen in the islands, and having reliable backup power provides an extra level of comfort and peace of mind during your stay.
