**Due to an increase in fraudulent behavior, Bloomingails will require the booking guest to provide a copy of their government issued ID/Drivers license as well as electronically sign STR contract immediately following approval of any booking request. If the booking party refuses either of these requirements AFTER the host has accepted the booking request, the booking party agrees to withdraw booking with cancellation policy followed accordingly. *Guest ID will never be used in fraudulent manner or shared. Fraud, by either party, guest or host, is frowned upon and may result in loss of member privileges
