Beach front condo with ocean view from balcony. Condo sleeps 5-6. Two queen beds with a 55-inch tv in the bedroom. Updated kitchen with a gas stove new fridge and nice backsplash. Air conditioning works great. Fold out the couch and watch the 65-inch tv or go outside on the balcony people watch and enjoy the sound of the waves. Walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, and nightclubs like secrets. The beach is a 60-foot walk from the parking lot, and you do not have to cross a major highway. Pet friendly with good dog walking areas. Outdoor grilling and chilling area with an outdoor shower. Across the street is Dead Freddie's restaurant and many others with outdoor play areas that are kid friendly. Come enjoy your stay in ocean city on 63rd st.

The place was exactly as in the photos. The location was perfectly located near shopping and steps from the beach. My husband and I would definitely book again.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

This cute little space was perfect for what we were looking for. It’s close to the beach and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and activities.

Pleasant Stay

We really enjoyed staying here. The only caution is that the front door automatically locks after a minute or two, so make sure that you always have your key when you leave the condo.

Cozy place close to the beach

Condo was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the sunrise over the ocean. Convenient location close to the beach. Owner was responsive to our needs.

Great location!

My husband and I wanted to spend just a couple days/nights at the beach. This condo was perfect for what we wanted. It was a quick easy walk over the dune to the beach. The space is small but well laid out. Would definitely stay again!

Long weekend

The size of the condo is ideal for 2-3 people and the location is close to the beach. The condo definitely needs a deep clean and some updates, especially to the bathroom.

Great location but no elevator

Perfectly sized condo with beautiful view of the beach. Located in older building on the 3rd floor without an elevator which will make moving your items tricky. My dog was also scared of the open steps and I had to carry him up all 3 flights multiple times! Otherwise, the accommodations were cozy! I was traveling with my mother and the size of the unit and amenities were perfect for the 2 of us, the linen service was nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed the balcony with beach view and nice breezes.

Ocean city pre-memorial day trip

Property is clean and steps from the beach. Fully stocked with coffee, kitchen supplies and linens. Didn't realize dogs weren't allowed on the beach after May 1st, but that was our fault and just worked around it! Thanks for a fun weekend getaway!

Location location location

Cute little condo just steps from the beach. Listening to the waves at night on the balcony was delightful. Do note it is a small place so pack light. The e trance leads to the bedroom so word of warning to fellow parents of little ones. There is a pocket door between the bedroom and living space though. Overall it was exactly what we needed and the location could not be beat!

Great location, Clean, Needs some updates

Overall, place is clean, location is great, needs some upgrades, for example, AC unit in bedroom very loud, bathroom door sticks and hard to open/close, flooring appears worn down in common areas. No beach towels available for use, which traveling by plane makes packing beach towels necessary but take up too much space in carry-ons for long weekend stays. Owner quick to return messages and answers to questions before arrival. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Worked for a short stay.

Overall the place was a decent place to stay. Picture are very identical to place. Will say tho the linens are rentals and you gotta make the beds which isn’t to big of a deal and there was only two towels and one wash cloth. Do which we had at least two more towels.. thankfully we brought our own toilet paper and paper towels as there was hardly any left.i will say that the listing doesn’t mention it’s 3rd level and no elevator vs which made it difficult for one of the guest.

Sufficient

I don't wish to insult the facility, but I cannot give a great review entirely. Just so future renters are aware the following should be mentioned. The site states that linens are supplied (sheets/pillow cases), okay yes, but only 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth for 2 people for 4 days. The only toiletries supplied was a partial bottle of hand soap. Only a partial roll of toilet paper was provided with no additional available. only a partial roll of paper towels and no dish towels or dish clothes. Please just be aware to pack items that you will know that you will need. I don't mind reusing bath towels but sorry, I will not reuse wash clothes day after day, YUCK! The facility is old, but serviceable and sufficient for a short visit to the beach. The facility was clean and ready to use. The number given for parking is the room number. I was very confused when we arrived. The room is small, I wouldn't suggest any more than 3 or 4 people tops, you wouldn't be able to move around as it's very small. Basically, you get what you pay for.

Cleanliness and communication issues but great location

Upon check-in at 4pm we noticed the place had not been cleaned. No bed sheets on the bed or any towels, sand on the floors, very fuzzy and moldy half-eaten corn cob inside the oven, rugs with pee scent and couches full of pet hair/stains. We contacted the host, and the unit was cleaned by 7pm that night while we were out but the moldy food & the rugs were never removed. We basically lost our entire first night relaxing and were instead stressed and anxious from being in a dirty space. The host agreed to give us a credit for the first night, but we never received it. We have asked about the credit a few times now but have been completely ghosted by the host. So cleanliness and check-in was horrible and ghosting your guests after a promised refund means one star for all those categories. In addition, the listing incorrectly stated that there was access to a hot tub when we booked which was not true. We brought it up to the host and the host has now removed "hot tub" from the listing.

Bring bath towels

There were no bath towels available when we stayed there, which I don't mention up front to be critical, mainly just because it's the one thing I would want the next guest to be aware of to be prepared. 😃 There also wasn't any hand soap, just a tiny bit of watered down dish soap. We had shower gel with us, so that was less of a problem than the towels. In general, though, this isn't the best stocked place ever, so my advice is to double check the amenities (which I admittedly did not), bring your essentials, and do not assume that things will be there. (Probably a good advice for any rental, really.) Aside from that, we really loved this place. It is just steps away from the beach and there are also plenty of restaurants and stores, even a grocery store, within a reasonable walking distance. Parking and check-in were no hassle. The beds were comfy and there were extra pillows and blankets if needed. We booked this at the last minute traveling with a pat, i.e. we were prepared to take what we got, and we were really very pleased with this condo. I should also mention that communication with the owner/manager was good. I did reach out with a problem before we arrived and got a quick and helpful response. Genuinely no complaints, just bring towels. 😅

In it for the money

A recent review had said no towels or linen so we contacted the owner to find out and they said they were provided. 2 small towels and 1 washcloth for 2 adults for 3 nights. Come on, really ??? We opened the door to the apartment and literally were knocked back with the mold and musty smell. Ironically the only thing under the kitchen sink was a can of Febreze which I immediately used even though it didn't help. I opened up the dresser drawers looking for the linen and towels (turned out to be in a bag on the floor that was blocked by our luggage) and 2 of them fell out. It's a cheap particle board piece of furniture. A used dresser that's real wood would cost less. The Keurig coffee machine wouldn't work on the second day. I don't think it would kill the owner to have a blow dryer for the renters (if I had known I would have brought mine and even left it since they cost next to nothing, or an iron since we are living out of a suitcase. My 2 cents. Seems this owner is just out for the money and not the comfort of the renters or worried about them coming back. One good thing is it's very close to the beach when you are in season and the view is pretty since you will spend a lot of time on the balcony due to the smell.
