Our host Octavio was very responsive. The house was very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Quiet neighborhood and close to groceries, and relatively close to the downtown amenities and a great launch point for all our field trips.

We had a great stay at the Farmhouse Home w/ 3BR over Christmas. The Christmas tree was a pleasant surprise and so beautiful. The house was exactly as we expected it. No problems whatsoever. We love this house. This was our third stay as we have family in the neighborhood and we definitely will stay again.

Beautiful home! Can’t say nothing but great things about the property. It had everything we needed, beds are comfy, toilet in master luxurious, kitchen had everything, host responded immediately when we had questions. A must! I am keeping it in my favorites. Hopefully we get to use it again when we come back for a tournament.

Farmhouse Home w/ 3 BR - March, 2025

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property. We absolutely love it. We have family in the neighborhood within walking distance, so that is really the primary reason we chose to stay here. However, the house is beautiful, extremely clean, and has all the necessary conveniences anyone would ever need. We definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Absolutely amazing place. Octiva was beyond helpful. The house was spotless with everything available you could need. Close proximity to shopping and golf. Very nice neighborhood.Beds were very comfortable. We hope we can return.

Lovely House

We absolutely loved our stay at the Farmhouse w/ 3 Bdr. Everything was perfect. The house was clean, the bed and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the TV worked great. Very happy!

Farmhouse Las Cruces

Well maintained, beautiful accommodation, very up to date decor. The area was beautiful and very safe for us to take daily walks. Close to attractions-just a short drive, centrally located for all our excursions. We would recommend staying here.

The Perfect Place

I travel frequently in the US and Europe. This was the very best vacation rental I have ever experienced. Every phase was handled professionally and quickly. It is clean, roomy, quiet, and very comfortable. If you need a rental in Las Cruces, this is the best you will find. Thank you for a great stay.

Las cruces get away

The house was really clean and well supplied (even some kids games and books!) The towels were super soft and the beds had plenty of pillows and blankets. The neighborhood was quiet and our kids loved the little free library down the street. We had a wonderful visit and like other reviewers mentioned, communication with the owner was great!

Girls Weekend

EXCEPTIONAL

We spent 24 days at this lovely property in early 2024. Communication with Octavio was excellent; always prompt responses. Immaculately clean. This house is fully equipped with the little things (spices in the kitchen!) that made it seem like home. We appreciated the comfortable bedding and spacious en suite bath with walk-in closet. The house is located in a safe, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood (two persons stopped to welcome us as we unpacked the car) with easy access to Las Cruces and White Sands/Alamogordo locations. This was a great experience. We would definitely choose this home again.

Rincon Hills Neighborhood is one of Las Cruces’ newest communities on the growing East Mesa and features a big park. In close proximity to schools, shopping, dining, golfing, hiking trails, and the beautiful New Mexico outdoors. You won’t want to miss out on this vibrant community.

This property is located in one of the newest communities on the growing East Mesa area of Las Cruces. In close proximity to Hwy 70, schools, shopping, dining, golfing, hiking trails, and the beautiful New Mexico outdoors.

House details:

-Fully equipped kitchen.

-Living room includes a sofa and love seat recliners and a 75" TV. You will also find entertaining books, and lots of gameboards.

-The Master bedroom has a King size bed with a hybrid mattress, and a 58" TV.
-The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a hybrid mattress and a 50" TV,
-The third bedroom has a twin size trundle bed with 2 mattresses and a 43" TV and a desk.

There are two bathrooms total:
-Master bathroom includes two sinks, a shower, a private toilet and a walk-in closet.
-The second bathroom includes a bathtub.

-Washer and Dryer are available inside the house.

-The property also contains a two car garage.

-The private patio has a propane grill, a dining table for 4, an area of turf and 4 fire pit chairs.

A 5 minute walk to Rincon Hills Big park.

At 1.4 Miles (4 minute drive approx.) you will find the following: Dutch Bros Coffee, Walmart, Walgreens, Wendy’s, Arby’s, Panda Express, Murphy Express Gas station.

At 2 Miles (5 minute drive approx.) you will find the following: Popeyes Chicken, Jack in the Box, The Game Sport Grill, Fitness One, Rare Tea Sonoma Ranch, Big O Tires, Burger King, Subway.

Highway 70 is really close: take it to the East if you would like to visit White Sands National Monument, or take it to the West and go to Downtown Las Cruces, Farmers Market and Old Mesilla.
