Thanks so much for your review! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, amenities, and overall charm of the property. That said, we’re very sorry for the concerns you experienced with cleanliness, noise, and most importantly the security issue with your bikes, as we know how upsetting that must have been. We do want to let you know that when you called, we immediately informed the HOA who then gave you a call just minutes later! As the property management, we only manage the insides of the units. We do not have anything to do with the exterior, parking lot, or anything else... We truly appreciate your honesty and are happy the space itself still provided a comfortable setup for your stay.
