The Sofia Suite is located on the 2nd floor of the Grumpy Old Men Condominiums, in the heart of downtown Wabasha. This space is steps from local restaurants, the well-known Eagle Center, and the Mississippi River front. Soak in the jacuzzi tub while enjoying your favorite movie/show. This quiet space is great for a romantic get away. Coffee Mill ski area and 2 marinas are close by as well. Note: you will be climbing a set of stairs as we do not have an elevator.

Great spot!

We had a great time here. The Jacuzzi tub in the living space was really fun. The unit was quiet, even right on main Street. Would recommend for that little getaway

Last minute trip to Grumpy Fest

We decided on Wednesday night to go to Grumpy fest. I didn't want to stay in the hotel if possible wanted to be closer to Downtown. Checked vrbo and this was available. It was great, within walking distance of all the activities. Great condo and we even met some of . the neighbors

Cozy Weekend Getaway

My wife and I chose this cute condo for our romantic Valentine’s day getaway weekend in Wabasha.The location is great; right downtown on main street between the Mississippi bridge overpass and the Eagle Center. Everything we needed was easy walking distance including an Irish pub right across the street and two other restaurants just a few steps down the street.The unit, which looks to be recently refurbished, is a 2nd floor condo above a mainstreet storefront with a hot tub and gas fireplace in the living room, a well stocked kitchen area, and a cozy bedroom alcove. It was quiet and clean, and the hosts were very responsive.Made for a great romantic getaway weekend!

Lovely, Quiet time away

Had a wonderful weekend away at this well-kept, lovely little apartment in Wabasha. My wife commented that the bed was one of the comfiest bed she's slept on in her travels. Overall, we enjoyed our time, and we even got to meet the neighbor cat who helped himself to our room on our arrival! (He was fine with being carried out.) We'll definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Perfect getaway

Location was perfect. Close to restaurants and quaint little shops. Layout and decor was so nice. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Weekend Getaway

Very relaxing atmosphere and perfect location to not have to worry about driving anywhere. Condo was Great. Recommend to anyone for just a quiet getaway.

Fantastic location. Perfect size for two.

We loved our 2-day stay in Wabasha at this cute condo in a historic building. The location was walking distance to shops, restaurants, the river, the Eagle Center, taverns and even a speakeasy! Parking was a breeze, the bed was comfy and the kitchen was appointed with all we needed. So many things to do in the area including two amazing wineries. Highly recommend!

Wabasha Wedding Weekend

The condo was exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location right on Main street was in walking distance to everything...restaurants, a brewery, shops and the National Eagle Center. We will definitely here again. It was perfect!

Fun time, beautiful river/lake

It was a fun two night stay. Riverboat days happened to be going on so we had live music, food trucks and lots of different events going on while we were there. We went for the golfing and found a couple nice courses to visit and then a great little place to go back to for food and rest. Great experience!

A Perfect Getaway in Wabasha

What a charming town with lots to do and stunning nature all around! We booked this condo for a wedding, and my girlfriend and I, who work insane hours, decided to extend our stay to escape the daily grind and enjoy some quality time together while exploring the beautiful nature Minnesota has to offer. Wabasha has so much to offer. We visited the National Eagle Center, and it was a blast to be so close to the majestic birds, especially during feeding time. We also took spontaneous drives without a set destination, just to take in the breathtaking scenery, and fell in love with the area. Returning to the condo was a delight. It was well-maintained and modern, with all the creature comforts you could need. The big TV, comfy bed, and a nice kitchen with fans to keep the air circulating made our stay very comfortable. Although we didn’t get to use the jacuzzi as we were exhausted from sightseeing, we appreciated its thoughtful placement where you could relax and watch TV. Finding safe places to eat can be challenging as my girlfriend has celiac disease, but we were pleasantly surprised to discover several gluten-free dining options within reasonable driving distance. We used an app called Find Me Gluten Free, which made our dining experiences stress-free and enjoyable. It was an amazing time, and we will definitely have to visit again! Thank you for providing such a great condo.

Fun spot to stay!

Cute second floor apartment that had just what we needed. A quick walk down a flight of stairs and you're on the quiet main street of Wabasha. Nice place to go for a relaxing break.

Anniversary weekend getaway

My husband and I wanted an easy quick getaway to celebrate our anniversary. We loved the area and access to good restaurants and bars as well as cute shops and a nice walk along the river. The apartment was in a great location and the bed was very comfortable which were my top criteria.
