Our family enjoyed a really nice visit at the cottage. The grounds were picturesque and the home was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay.The kids spent a lot of time fishing on the pond and it was very nice that poles and tackle were made available.

Idyllic spot perfect if you need a place to relax and enjoy some R&R. The hot tub was clean, the backyard fairy lights were a great touch. Lots of spots to sit outside and enjoy the views.

We really enjoyed our time. The house was perfect for our needs. We hosted my son's band because they were playing at a local venue in Charlottesville. They were able to come in late while we got up early in the mornings. Because of the upstairs rooms and downstairs rooms, we didn't have to worry about waking others or making too much noise. Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Early morning coffee on the deck, long walks each morning. Wonderful stay! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at The Cottage! Everything was as described. We spent a lot of time outside by the hot tub or in the rocking chairs. The kids loved seeing all the deer in the evening and looking for fish in the pond. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

Stonemont Cottage was the perfect rental for a long weekend exploring Charlottesville and the Monticello Wine Trail! House was clean and comfortable, property was so charming and welcoming! Keep in mind though - the location is down a long somewhat unpaved road, so wifi doesn't exist until you get on property. The wifi password was in the app, but I couldn't get to the app because I didn't have a signal. Catch 22 :-) All in all though, this was one of the best places I've ever rented and out party of 6 really enjoyed our stay!

We always want our guests including the four legged ones to feel right at home at the cabin. There is something magical about letting dogs run free in the beautiful Keswick countryside. Come back anytime!

Very nice secluded property. Enjoyed our daily deer watching around the pond area. Perfect area for dog to run around and enjoy nature also. House was clean and ready for our stay. Two separate living areas (first floor vs second floor) were both supplied with what was needed for our stay. Plenty of towels provided. Plenty of areas to choose to sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet. Communication was fantastic prior to stay and during our stay.

Beautiful setting!

My family stayed for a few days and really loved the cottage and surroundings. Lots of deer to watch from the porch with a coffee in the morning! Would highly recommend.

This cottage was the perfect spot for our visit to UVA for the NCAA Lacrosse championships. The group consisted of myself, my son and four of his lacrosse teammates from W&J. We all loved the spot. We grilled food, caught & released some really nice fish, the boys enjoyed the hot tub - and we just generally had a great, relaxing, time. The cottage was well equipped and everything worked perfectly. The weather cooperated for the most part and the trip back and forth to Scott Stadium was easy and painless. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again if given the opportunity.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Keswick over Labor Day weekend. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing — we loved dining at the table outside and spending evenings around the fire pit. The location was also ideal for exploring the area; we enjoyed visiting Monticello and Carter Mountain Orchard during our trip. A peaceful, comfortable getaway that made our holiday weekend truly special!

Relaxing Getaway

We spent a nice long weekend at this cute property. The pond out back was perfect for fishing and we enjoyed just lounging around and reading in the hammock or rocking chairs on the balcony

Great little getaway!!

This place was such an amazing respite for my nature loving family! Everything was clean and cozy, the pond was GREAT for family fishing and we were close enough to attractions like orchards, Shenandoah National Park and family in Charlottesville. Will definitely be back - hopefully when it’s not 99 degrees!!

Gorgeous in the fall!

One of the most amazing places we have stayed. I am afraid to let the secret out. It is a bit of a drive, but sooooo worth it!

Wine & Orchard Tour

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was awesome! Very bright interior & incredible setting in the woods!! We grilled out one night & had dinner with a fire for perfect ambiance. We look forward to coming back. Good location for visiting vineyards & Charlottesville. The drive into the property is beautiful as well.

Stonemont Farm Cottage- peace & quiet

Just far enough up a winding country road to be able to enjoy the beauty of the area away from traffic and noise. Well appointed, very clean and more spacious that the website photo appears. Perfect location and amenities for our group!

Great cottage

It was a cozy cottage stay with plenty of room for two couples. Having the second kitchen and fridge downstairs was a bonus. Sadly, it was too cold to take advantage of the outdoor areas but it would be a great place in warmer weather to grill and sit around the fire.

Perfect Wedding Getaway

We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful cottage for my nephew's wedding at Castle Hill Cider that is just down the road. It was in the perfect location, wonderfully decorated, well appointed, and even had an amazing amount of storage for the wedding cake and cupcakes that I had made for the big event. The views were stellar, the hosts were very communicative, and I can't wait to return. Choose this place to stay every time!

Wonderful stay!

We chose to visit the Charlottesville area for spring break. The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. Every room in the house was comfortable and nicely decorated. It was a short drive to Monticello, downtown, and the wineries. The pond was a bonus…my kids were pumped when they caught a few fish. Thank you for sharing your home.

Highest recommendation! Privately nestled in the Keswick hills, this serene cottage (with beautiful pond views) embodies rustic charm, comfort and quiet relaxation. It's thoughtfully decorated and furnished for ultimate enjoyment, with the inclusion of a hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining & bbq, rocking chairs on the deck, and Adirondack chairs by the pond. Upon entering the cottage, we immediately felt at home. It's cozy, but spacious and has very comfortable furniture & bedding. It's immaculately clean and well-appointed with extra towels and full kitchenware & appliances. As well, check-in & out was easy, as was the clear and timely communication with the management. We definitely hope to stay here when visiting Charlottesville in the future.
