OCE222L - First floor unit located next to the beach & boardwalk, and near all of the boardwalk action also! This 2BR 1 bath rental is a great deal with 4 badges to the beach also included. Recently updated unit has ac units, wifi, 1 car parking & more. Traveling with more family/friends? There are 2 more units in this building also for rent!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! House was very clean, everything worked, we were 300 feet to the boardwalk/beach, perfect vacation!

Great property for a small family. Missing the dish washer as advertised but everything else is great. Convenient location close to everything. The management staff is very friendly and helpful.

Apartment was clean but the pictures made it look nicer than it was. Could use some fresh paint. The kitchen could be stocked a little better. It was nice that passes for the beach were included and 2 parking passes. The steps to get in need repair and to get in house.

Nice house by the Point Pleasant boardwalk

Nice and clean second level of a beach house in Point Pleasant. Check in with smooth, property was clean, very close to the boardwalk and beach.

We've gone for the past 15 years, 1st year renting a house. Perfect price and size. Everything worked and everything was clean. Just as advertised. Will be renting it agian in the years to come.

The house could be very charming. It needs a lot of work. Back stairs were cracked. Front doorknob was a challenge to open and close. Grills were not operable. One grill had Ivy growing all around it. I would not use the table and chairs in the back. They were dirty. The internet issue was for 3 days until the owners wife told us to unplug the router and we finally got the TV and internet connected.

Perfect little home

This is a great places for a few friends or two couples. Perfect location right next to Jenks. House was clean and organized when we got there. Plenty of things to do in walking distance or a short 5 minute drive away. Only downside was the neighbor renting next door had two dogs that barked very loudly into the early hours of the morning. Besides that everything was great about our stay!

Great escape by the beach

Great escape by the beach, walk to the boardwalk, beach, the home was clean, the management was responsive and helpful. I really enjoined spending a month there at the end of the summer
