Downtown Plymouth 2-bedroom/2-bathroom Condo

Looking for a cozy retreat smack dab in the middle of Downtown Plymouth? Look no further! Right in the heart of downtown, this 2-bedroom, 2-full bathroom condo is a cozy retreat that is only steps away from all of the best coffee shops, restaurants and bars that Downtown Plymouth has to offer.

This property can comfortably fit 4 people. The main bedroom offers a comfy queen bed, a large closet, a desk, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The smaller bedroom also offers a queen bed but does not have access to a closet. The second full bathroom offers a tub/shower.

Guests are able to access everything within the property, with the exception of the closet in the smaller bedroom.

I will not be available in person, but can be easily reached by phone or e-mail. You will also be provided with the phone number of my property manager in the event that I am not available to help with any urgency that might come up.

Downtown Plymouth is like walking onto the set of a Hallmark movie. It is incredibly charming and quaint, and you will be able to live the full Plymouth experience at the cozy Plymouth Rock Retreat. You will be steps away from the fabulous Westborn Market, located in the old post office building across the street, as well as Kellogg Park, and all of the best restaurants and shops that Downtown Plymouth has to offer.

The Plymouth Rock Retreat is located right downtown and the town is easily walkable. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A GUARANTEED PARKING SPOT AND PARKING CAN BE DIFFICULT TO FIND AT DINNER TIME ON WEEKENDS AND WHEN THERE ARE EVENTS GOING ON DOWNTOWN. However, we will provide you with one (1) parking pass to be able to park for free without time limitations on the lower level of the Central Parking Deck. You will be provided with a parking map to help you find other parking close by if the Central Parking Deck is full.

1) THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A GUARANTEED PARKING SPOT AND PARKING CAN BE DIFFICULT TO FIND AT DINNER TIME ON WEEKENDS AND WHEN THERE ARE EVENTS GOING ON DOWNTOWN. However, we will provide you with one (1) parking pass to be able to park for free without time limitations on the lower level of the Central Parking Deck. You will be provided with a parking map to help you find other parking close by if the Central Parking Deck is full.

2) As this property is located right in the heart of downtown, there is sometimes noise from people leaving the bars and restaurants at night. We have provided earplugs, portable fans, and a white noise machine for your convenience.

3) We have one actively recording security camera, which records video and audio, hanging in the hallway outside of the door of the unit for the safety of our guests and neighbors.

We loved our stay in Plymouth. More than enough room for 2 adults and a teen. Perfect location for food and coffees & very convenient for trips in Ann Arbor. Very well stocked and well maintained. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Looking forward to staying here again when we are back in town.

Our stay at the Plymouth Rock Retreat was wonderful with stunning window views. The Condo was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Vino Pizza restaurant downstairs is awesome! Also more restaurants, shops, bakery, food market and bar are walking distance. Host was very accommodating, made us feel very welcome and provided great local tips. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo is absolutely beautiful! It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was incredible, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The host was super helpful and very responsive to our questions. We will stay at this condo again. 10/10.

Excellent Location

My stay at this property was fantastic! It was conveniently located near markets, shopping, restaurants, and more. The home was spotless, bright, and incredibly comfortable—including the beds. It was well-stocked with everything I needed. The host was highly responsive, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. I would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location

The apartment is in a perfect location to beautiful downtown Plymouth. Very well stocked, clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The host could not have been more accommodating. Although we did hear some noise from people leaving the bar across the street. It did not last long as people were just going to their cars or walking home. That said we will definitely be staying there again someday.

This place rocked!!! Plymouth Rocked!

Great location, great attention to detail in furnishings and how it was equipped, great host… I almost hate overrating it for fear it won’t be available the next time I’m in town to visit my family. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Great place!

This is a great place. Clean, well-appointed, comfortable. Right in the heart of downtown Plymouth, so very convenient to shops and restaurants. Great communication from the property owner made everything easy. I will definitely stay here again.

Lovely Accommodation, Great Location

The host, Heide, is outstanding to work with, always available and quick to respond to my questions. She has created a beautiful, very clean and well organized space, with very cool artwork of wonderfully framed images of classic rockers. The location is outstanding with "just outside the door or across the street access to restaurants, coffee shop and market. The only drawback for me, and as great a this property is, is it can get a little noisy. There's a restaurant/ bar right across the street and the patrons often spilled out in to the street in "joyful moods" but can be fairly loud. Having said that Heide has equipped the bedrooms with sound machines that can mask some of the noise and this isn't as much of an issue on weeknights. All in all though, this is a very nice condo and you should definitely add it to your short list when choosing a property in Plymouth!

Awesome in Plymoth

I recently had the opportunity to stay during an expo that me and my colleagues were attending and exhibiting locally. What an awesome experience. The host was fantastic and on top of our every need anticipating proactively. Super clean, very modern, really comfortable. I wish I could have picked more than 5 stars because this stay was more than expected!!!!! Thank you so much for accommodating our needs. 11/10 stars!

Perfect Place in Downtown Plymouth

This was the perfect place for our weekend stay in downtown Plymouth! A modern, well-equipped place with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Everything was walkable. Very cool "downtown living" experience. Will definitely be planning a return trip!

We've stayed at many different locations and this was one of the best we've enjoyed. The town has a fun atmoshere, the accomodations were very comfortable, super clean, kitchen well stocked and Heidi was easy to work with. We highly recommend this for a couple get away.

Amazing Condo Stay

The condo is exactly as pictured and absolutely perfect! The location is great and close to so many wonderful restaurants. We parked our car and didn’t need it all weekend, because we walked everywhere. We loved it and will definitely be back. Communication was great with Heide.

Great accommodations in the heart of downtown Plymouth

Property was just as described and accommodated our family of 3 perfectly. Loved the proximity to local amenities like restaurants and grocery store. We were pleasantly surprised to not experience much noise, especially given the NY holiday. We had difficulty with the check-in process but the host was very responsiveness and helpful! Overall would highly recommend!

Perfection in Plymouth

The unit is stunning and spotless. It has the four star rating feel. Located directly in the center of town and decorated so beautifully. You will find that the host, Heide is available for all her guests and she makes the entire process very easy. Best option in Plymouth!

Perfect everything!

This property is amazing! First of all, it’s a clean and beautiful space, with plenty of light and every amenity you could want, including a cute little balcony. There were fans in the closet, an ironing board, Keurig coffee machine and a drip coffee maker, even a white noise machine! It’s beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Also, it’s in a great location, just off the main square in the delightful and charming town of Plymouth. It was easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the upscale grocery store just across the street, yet it’s still private and quiet. It’s a short drive to downtown Detroit and all that has to offer. Our host was always responsive and helpful, could not have been nicer. We cannot recommend this place more highly!
