The Home is outstanding and mad our perfect stay perfect! Yvonne was extremely helpful and always ready to answer questions or deal with anything we needed or desired. We will certainly recommend this Home to anyone. Great Pool and Hot Tub... There's wasn't a thing negative! The Location is Great in a very good and safe neighborhood...Great place to stay, relax, and enjoy! We'll certainly stay at this home on our Next Trip to North Port...

Stay Here!

This is a wonderful property to rent for a friend get together or family vacation! Yvonne is wonderful! She answered questions leading up to our stay, was in touch with us 24 hours before our stay and also the last night pf our stay. She responded promptly to any questions I had before and during our stay. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. We visited in August - the hottest month- and the house was very cool each time we returned from our outdoor excursions. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and provided hours of relaxation for our teens. Yvonne has pool noodles for use and a few floaties for young children. The pool is 3 ft - about 5.5 feet. We are not new to the area and enjoy visiting Englewood Beach, the North & South Jetty in Venice although the South Jetty is still closed from hurrican damage, and Boca Grande. Boca is a 6.00 toll and the island just passed parking time limits so check into that before you go. Yvonne has plenty of beach chairs, shell sifters, and a beach wagon to use! It was so nice to not have to bring or purchase those bulky items and made for a more enjoyable time at the beaches!Bonus - we had been state hopping the week before and I was able to do many loads of laundry at this house. The kitchen was lovely and well stocked and there is a propane grill for use! Property is 3 miles from the Cocoa Plum and about 25 mins from beaches. Will rent again on our next trip down!

Vacation

Our stay was wonderful. The house is clean and private. The neighborhood is quiet and stores and everything you could need is close. The beaches are within driving distance. The pool was clean and very enjoyable.

Great vacation

A good vacation home with a family, the owners quickly answered our questions. Check-in was comfortable. I wish there was more privacy around the pool.

Peaceful & Quiet!

This property was almost perfect for my couples getaway weekend. For starters the pictures don't due the property justice. It's so clean and pretty from the outside to the inside. The host has provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive with answering questions and qiuck to fix any issues. The only problem that we had was the air condition was not working when I arrived however I notify the host and she immediately had it fixed. The other issue was that the pool did not heat, I didn't bother reporting it to the house because my guest and I were satisfied with the spa b

Love love love

This house was gorgeous, and pristine clean . Me and my kids loved the house. The pool wasn’t heated so we couldn’t enjoy it much because the water was too cold in April but we did enjoy the hot tub and rest of the house . 10/10

Christmas in North Port

My family wanted a stay with a pool and hot tub while in Florida. The place was clean and spacious for us. The place is stocked with everything needed. Yvonne was very accommodating that we had questions when we arrived. Area is quiet but close to many options for shopping and eating. Definitely would stay again.

Great vacation home

We had a great vacation. The kids loved the pool and we loved the spa. The house was very clean and accommodating for us. We enjoyed visiting the beaches and finding shark teeth. Thank you Yvonne!

Wonderful experience

The home was clean and inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, easy access to many shops. I had an issue with the spa in the pool and the owner was very courteous and helpful and the issue was cleared up quickly. I will be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful!!

The house is absolutely beautiful! The owners were very nice and communicative. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the pool and spa heater didn't work when we got there and they were very cold. The owners got it fixed as soon as they could, then all was great! We would definitely rent this property again!!

Great for families looking for out the way of tourist but still enjoy yourself We barely left but to go to Venice beach, park to eat shop Starbucks Neighbors were only people seen whole time Everything you need is within 10 to 20 mins away But didn’t have waste money as you would in tourist area Water in whole area has weird odor , noticed it throughout Florida ;sulfur

Beautiful home in a great location. The pictures online look exactly like the house. Very clean. My family enjoyed the pool and the beaches close by.

Terrible Rental

The water in this place smelled like rotten eggs, when I texted the host, she told me to go outside and see if there is salt in the water softener container and if not, there is salt bags in the garage and to put it in (40lb bags by the way). She of course said that they had a person scheduled to come the week I was there but will see if they can come sooner. I don't know if they ever came or not, Yvonne insisted that they did but nothing got fixed in the 4 days we were there. She told us to run the water and we did hoping it would fix the issue but all it did was made the home smell like we were in a sewer, it was honestly discussing. We spent as little time there as possible. We literally took showers with our water bottles. There were also other issues, the wardrobe in the master was filled with someone's clothing, had shorts, boxers, etc., only 2 drawers were empty. Garage was occupied so it was unavailable. We also got a pizza and needed to cut it, the cutter was disgustingly dirty. I don't know who or if anyone cleans this house but it was definitely not clean for new guests. Another issue was the night before we were checking out, the AC apparently completely stopped working, it was over 80 degrees at 6am, I believed that it was turned off on purpose but when I texted Yvonne, she said she didn't do that. I don't know who checked the house before we came but if anyone even turned on the water to clean anything, they would have smelled it. Renter beware !!!
