Entire house for fishing, hunting, or passing by!

Perfect location for the outstanding fishing on the Missouri River and the great deer and pheasant hunting that Gregory county is known for! Within 15 to 25 minutes of four different boat ramps on the river! Double carport to keep your boat or vehicles under cover! (There is “NOT” a TV in the house!) Located on five lots so plenty of room to park or just enjoy the outdoor room. Quiet small town with extremely friendly residents! Also perfect for anyone just passing by for the night! “N0”TV in house or Wi-Fi but great cell service.
The space
Very cozy home with an interior design concept that will fill comfortable for all types of guests! That being said I would like to stress that this is not a high end motel and would ask that any reviews would not be based in comparison to that. I mainly set it up for hunting and fishing but I do feel it is good enough to offer people passing through to stay for a night or two. I am new to and appreciate feedback so if you do some see something that could be improved if you could just let me know via messaging I will try my best to make that improvement going forward. Everything in the house and on the property can be used by the guests other than a small outdoor storage shed. The address is 300 “Turney”. For some reason the address is 300 “Tourney” which does not pull up on GPS. I will give a code number to access the key box which is located to the left of the side door that you will be entering.
Other things to note
For some reason they won’t let me update the address which the spelling is 300 Turney Fairfax South Dakota not “Tourney” NO TV or Wi-Fi but good cell service!
